This was one of the worst hostel experiences I’ve ever had. To begin with, the name didn’t match what was listed online, which made it confusing to even find the place. When I finally arrived, the staff were completely unprepared for my confirmed booking and only made the situation more stressful. The money situation was unacceptable.
