À FUIR !! Mon lit rempli de PUNAISE DE LIT, je suis parti donc je n’est même pas dormi 1 nuit, mais ils ne m’ont remboursé seulement 2 nuits sur 3. Il ne voulait rien savoir. En plus de ça, les douches sont pas propre, les toilettes n’en parlons pas !

A fuir !!!! punaise de lits, partout dans le lit, douches degeulasse et je pèse mes mots du moisi partout, personnel vriament pas arrangeant ! Vraiment à fuir ne perdez pas votre argent ici Déception

Dirty! The beds have bed bugs! I arrived early and overheard a conversation where someone was complaining about not paying because they had been bitten in the night. From then I was paranoid for the entire day and night I stayed, I checked my bed and there was no marks or sign or anything. But they showed me a photo of the bugs so I put a towel on my bed and pillow and slept without the quilt. It was a comfy bed but just that chance of bed bugs ruined it. The toilets are all disgusting, I’ve seen pig sheds cleaner. Refused to take a shower there. It seems like a nice place, in a nice location and yes it is in a nice location and does have a nice pool but the place is dirty. Surprised I stayed for the night. Would not recommend. And I’m a solo traveller, I’ve stayed in cheaper places but at least they’re clean.

Great location but…… Hotel has changed management and now not a professional run establishment. We were not notified that breakfast was no longer included. 25K each given for reimbursement was a joke, not enough to even buy a coffee. The young manager was very disrespectful. Saying it’s not his problem. He had no interest in pleasing the guests. He rolled his eyes and focused on his computer and the food he was eating at a table by the reception. Haviland that operates this hotel needs to be aware that the Manager has no skills. No one is supervising the cleaning and maintenance. There’s bed bugs, mold in rooms, filthy pool with broken unuseable sun beds and black mold umbrellas. My booking said complementary breakfast and no email was sent explaining that it no longer exists. Also my review on Agoda has been removed. The good reviews must be fake reviews. Scammers, Avoid this hotel.

Without a doubt the WORST hostel experience we’ve had yet?!?!? The hostel was absolutely disgusting, and the staff was incredibly rude. First of all, the bathroom was filled with mold, had a terrible smell and was straight up dirty. We tried to ignore it and make the best of the situation, but things only got worse. Our 3rd of evening, we found 3 bed bugs in the beds.At that point, it was completely unacceptable. We immediately went to the reception, expecting them to take responsibility and handle the situation properly. Instead, they completely dismissed the issue and refused to acknowledge that it was their responsibility. We decided to book another hotel and leave immediately. We then asked for a refund for the two nights we would no longer be staying there, which we believe is more than reasonable given the circumstances. However, the manager refused to give us any refund at all. After being consistent, he caved, but would only refund us for 1/3 bed 1 night! Not only that, he was incredibly unprofessional—rolling his eyes at us and speaking in a very disrespectful tone while we were trying to have a calm and civil discussion about the situation. We ended up insisting, and got refunded for the 3 beds and 2 nights. This experience was beyond disappointing. Wish we had read the reviews before booking!!! Avoid this hostel at all cost!!!!

❗️BED BUGS, MOLD❗️ In unserem Zimmer waren sowohl Bettwanzen, als auch ein riesiger Schimmelfleck an der Wand. Würd ich nicht weiter empfehlen.

BED BUGS!! The staff did nothing about it. We left the first night (we booked 3) and they refused to give the money back. We went back 2 days in a row but no one was in the reception. Nobody answered the phone or the emails and whatsupp messages I sent. It has been over a week since we left and we still haven’t heard a single word from them. Worst experience ever. Do not book this hostel!!

The bathrooms are disgusting and full of bugs. But most importantly, my bed (in the female dorm on ground floor) was infested by bedbugs. I woke up after the first night with around 40 bites all over my body. Because no other dormmates was suffering from bites and because I couldn’t find suspicious stains on the mattress, I figured naively they were mostiquo bites. On the third night around midnight, I finally saw 2 huge bedbugs on the curtain and one under my pillow. I left immediately but it is probably already too late now. I feel depressed. Usually, I would’t be too hard because bedbugs can happen in any hostel/hotel, even luxurious ones. But to have so many bites and to see not only one, but THREE bedbugs in only one night means that there is a serious infestation that has been going on for months without any action taken by the management. It is absoluetly shameful. AVOID THIS HOSTEL AT ALL COSTS. PS : had to review the hotel here to warn people because when I wanted to review it on Agoda (the platform I booked on), a « system error » happened even though it worked weirdly perfectly when i reviewed positively other hotels just after. That is so shady.

BEDBUGS!! really nice location and nice people, but there were a lot of bedbugs in my bed! look out!

Very terrible experience at this place. The bedsheet had some small faded spots on them when I entered the room but I didn’t think too much. To my horror, the next morning I woke up with a dead bed bug that has blood oozing from it. Looking at the four bites I have on my arm, I am very sure it’s my blood. If you scroll down further there is a review mentioning menstrual blood on the bedsheets, so it’s not menstrual blood, it’s blood from the dead bed bugs. I am pretty sure a couple of dead bed bugs have appeared on this bed before. I am surprised none of the reviews on Google or agoda surfaced this issue even though I read through reviews on both platforms. Please don’t stay in this place AT ALL. They wash the bed sheets together so if some bed sheets have dead bed bugs on them, all are contaminated. I mentioned to the counter staff when I checked out that the bed has bed bugs but he pretended he didn’t hear me. I am sure they know this but they are pretending it doesn’t exist. The dorm room stinks and someone even placed a panty on the sink tap. What a night to remember. I have stayed at many hostels across the world, and this is a first time. I left the room early in the morning at 8am, and btw when I reached my next hotel at 1.30pm, 2 bed bugs hid in my long hair and it dropped on my hotel bed & that’s when I realised it hid in my hair….. most terrible experience ever please don’t stay here unless you want to bring bed bugs away with you to your next hotel (or back to your home)
