Awesome Hanoi Hostel & Pub

The Awesome Hanoi Hotel lived up to its name! Highly recommended if you're looking for a clean, quiet, comfortable space to unwind in, away from the hectic pace of Hanoi. It's in a great central location, but thankfully a block or two from the busiest party districts like Beer Street or Train Street, which get super loud. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They also saved me some money and a lot of hassle by arranging a day tour and airport travel for me. Great communication and follow-through. I stayed there twice, for 4 nights total, and had a great experience. I talked to people who stayed at other hostels and heard stories of conflicts between guests and staff, noisy rooms, bed bugs, etc. Each bed has an electronically operated safe storage area that's much more secure than what you get at most hostels. There wasn't really anything I didn't like. I stayed in the dorm, and in other cities I've been in dorms that were more spacious, but this is Hanoi. The breakfast was okay, though some hostels offer a buffet. There's no bar up on the rooftop, but it was still a pleasant place to sit and take in the scenery.

Même lorsque mon contrat était terminé j'ai pu la contacter pour lui demander des informations et elle m'a aidé avec plaisir !!! Lors de la suite de mon voyage, elle est venue plusieurs fois prendre des nouvelles pour savoir si j'avais besoin d'aide. Je recommande vivement Merci beaucoup, très belle expérience 🔥 --> Avis pour l'hôtel : Ma chambre n'étais pas propre, infestée de punaise de lit. La salle de bain était propre. Le lobby est correct mais très peu social, difficile de rencontrer du monde. Le déjeuner moyen. L'emplacement est vraiment super, proche de tout.
