1. Hotel didn’t have a room despite having a reservation 2. Never got a refund for my reservation fee 3. They told ME to cancel (which guarantees I don’t get a refund) and never cancelled the booking even after I asked them to multiple times 4. During all of this, 2 other people with reservations arrived and were told they didn’t have rooms. 5. Very likely a scam.
