- 服务需要改进，还有卫生需要加强

- It’s more a backpackers hotel no lift

- Het personeel was erg onvriendelijk. Vooral de jongere dunne dame.

+ Solo la localización y que tenía aire acondicionado.

- No había ascensor para personas. Solo montacargas para las maletas. No nos avisaron que no podíamos entrar durian al hotel y nos pusieron una multa de 400 bahts. Además, después nos cayó una multa de 200 bahts por haber manchado una funda de almohada con tinte de pelo. La lavamos manualmente y por eso nos redujeron la multa. Cuando la devolvimos nos dijeron que aún quedaba algún resto... Eso se puede lavar fácilmente con lejía...

- Looked not much like the photos. In the middle of a big construction site. No lift and location with not much around.

- Ho lasciato una maglietta un slip due calzini sul stendino in bagno può sembrare niente però di un certo valore, torno dopo 9 giorni a riprendere le mie cose,mi sento dire che sono state buttate via perché tutte in cattive condizioni, vorrei capire cosa intendeno per cattive condizioni , dal momento che erano nuove e un solo uso.

+ Absolut infect, murdar, multă gălăgie de nu te poți odihni, să nu mai zic ca nu au lift și trebuie să urci pe scări…pe jos e direct ciment fără o carpeta ceva, ghiuveta a fost spartă nici nu ne-am putut spăla

+ Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Établissement propre. Ce qui est très appréciable est son emplacement tout près des canaux qui vous permettent de circuler à pied ou en bateau bus.

+ Świetna obsługa, bardzo miła i pomocna, bardzo wygodne materace, przestronny pokój, komfortowo wyposażony. Super lokalizacja, blisko Khao San, głównych atrakcji turystycznych jak i autobusów którymi można wszędzie dojechać.

+ The hotel is located at a peaceful and quiet district not far away from the bustling Khao San.

- We have to take the stairs all the way up to level three. The only lift available at the hotel is not meant for ferrying people. Also, the beds are too high and the way they are placed next to each other meant getting down from each needs some attention. I wasn’t careful and fell down from one of the beds when I woke up in the morning.

+ The staff are super friendly and smooth check in

+ La chambre est spacieuse et toujours propre. Des bouteilles d’eau sont quotidiennement fournies et le lit est grand et confortable !

- Ce n’est pas aussi fidèle que sur les photos. Beaucoup de traces, les meubles commencent à vieillir. Ça résonne énormément donc on entends tout dans les couloirs.

+ Super freundliches Personal, top Preis-Leistung, Lage ist perfekt, sehr leckeres Café im Untergeschoss.

- Nachts wurden Türen geknallt, manche Gäste waren sehr rücksichtslos. Man wurde oft deswegen wach… vlt bei sowas härter durchgreifen oder ermahnen.

+ Très bonne literie

+ Calme et bien situé....et enfin ..!!! DES MATELAS CONFORTABLES....ça change vraiment des lits rigides dans la plupart des hôtels en Thaïlande... personnel vraiment sympa et serviable.
