Everything was very good until i started itching and found bed bugs in the common room lounge. You should please consider getting fumigation very regularly. edit: They promptly connected with me and gave me assurance that this problem will not happen in future as they are now going to do fumigation regularly.

The floor was smelly. My room was in front of the washroom so it was even more so. I even overheard some travellers complaining about bed bugs. The room did not have enough light. Don’t go by the pictures. Worst of all, the entire floor had to share two washrooms. They don’t even have separate urinals. The terrace didn’t look much lively either.

Worst experience due to bed bugs . In all recent stays in had faced major issues due to bed bugs .

There are bed bugs in room. Post telling the staff, yet there is no help . I couldn't sleep at night and felt feverish. I has 6 night prepaid booking with them.

One of the best. Service was prompt and very impressive. Note: 1)In my case they did a immediate pest control to my bed to eliminate bed bug. 2) Charging sockets need to be refurbished

There are bed bugs in several beds at this hostel. I reported the problem to the reception, but they simply told me to change beds. The next day, another traveler was placed in the same bed I had slept in—without any information or solution from the hostel. Of course, I warned him and other new guests who were also assigned infested beds. How can such a serious issue just be ignored? My whole body is constantly itching, and this completely ruined my stay in Mumbai. Unfortunately, this problem overshadows everything good this hostel might have to offer.

DO NOT GO HERE ! The bathroom is not clean (and nor empty) anytime! The beds definitely have bedbugs for sure! Also for my 2 nights they didn't gave me a blanket and said that they are washing them ! The atmosphere is off and not friendly at all And they didn't refund me so I couldn't leave and book another place Do a favor to yourself and don't stay here

no elevator. i found bed bugs in the storage under bed so i checked out immediately and booked another place. the staff were polite

This hostel has a domestic digital nomad vibe. Very few backpackers/travelers. The staff were all friendly. The rooftop was mostly uncovered, so unusable during the heatwave. Breakfast was hit or miss. The premises were tidy and daily cleanings of the bathroom was nice. A bed bug situation was quickly dealt with, which is indicative of how serious they take sanitation. Overall, it is a solid choice for a Mumbai stay but do not expect a very social atmosphere.

The AC in our dorm isn't working. We've been complaining since yesterday. 😭 AND THERE WERE BEDBUGS

Good hostel, nice staff, BUT.... Bedbugs all over my body and in my luggage. According to friends a recurrent problem in this hostel, pest control all but a priority
