Hotel Casa Linger

L'emplacement est idéal et très facile d'accès. C'est je crois le seul point positif. Accès escalier difficile. La propreté est inexistante, la salle de bain commune n'est pas nettoyée quotidiennement. J'ai moi même nettoyé des moisissures et l'encrassement de savon avant de pouvoir prendre ma douche. Le mobilier dans la chambre était défectueux : lavabo cassé et bas du bureau pourri. Sans parler de la peinture qui se décolle de partout et la moquette vêtuste et tachée. MITEUX !

Na de eerste nacht heb ik een andere kamer gevraagd, deze had wel een eigen badkamer. Deze badkamer was 1 m op 1 m, toilet, lavabo en een vies gordijn. Er was geen onderhoud, de bedden blijven onopgemaakt en er lagen geen propere handdoeken klaar :-( Er was veel lawaai 's nachts van een afzuigingssysteem en de muggen vielen me ook lastig. Bagage-opslag was er niet...

I’ve stayed at some questionable hostels but this place is by far the worst. I will keep it brief. Our blanket was the other window curtain that was missing from our window, even had the spot for the curtain rod still sewn into it. There was an awful mosquito problem inside the hostel and we got bit repeatedly every night. There was a damp smell to the room every time we entered. We stayed in room 3 but there didn’t seem to be a room 1 or 2. Found out later that rooms 1 and two are no longer...

Nos bañamos dos dias seguidos con agua hasta los tobillos , el lugar lleno de olor a humedad y el señor que nos atendió no solo que es un ratón sino que para nada servicial. No vuelvo nunca más a este lugar y menos con ese viejo fantasma.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a strong smell of mould that has been covered by soap. The carpets looked very dirty and old and had many questionable stains. The receptionist was a very nice man who allowed us to pay the next day as we didn't have cash on us. This along with the fact the mattress was soft were the only good things about our stay. The bathroom had mould on the curtain and looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in years. I'm surprised there was toilet paper in it.

try to avoid. owner takes ONLY cash (when others have taken card), and the hostel takes about 4 flights of stairs to get up to (so if you have heavy luggage, prepare to struggle). room also has many cobwebs and various stains on the mattresss. also MOSQUITOES. my roommate and i got bit by so many during our stay there. stay away if you’re looking for a hospitable place

Room and entrance clearly had mold. There was only one bathroom (with mold on the showercurten) to share between all the rooms. The room was very hot with an almost non-functioning tablefan.

Immeuble bien placé mais chambre très humide, toute petite (difficile de faire le tour du lit avec nos sacs posés par terre). Aucun rangement. Vue fenêtre sur un mur et odeur d'égouts quand on aérait. Nous ne nous sommes pas sentis bien dans ce logement, nous voulions partir avant la première nuit Toilettes et douche partagées en 5 chambres mais dans une seule pièce toute petite (et sale), pas pratique! Die Sanitären Anlagen waren ungepflegt. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer niedriger Standard. Teppich in Zimmer 2 verunreinigt. Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Pro. La casa si trova a pochi minuti da Piazza San Marco ed è ben collegata dalle linee dei vaporetti; posizione ottimale anche per chi vuole visitare la Biennale o andare al Festival del Cinema. Il personale è cortese. Contro. Stanza poco pulita in cui mancano anche elementi basic come l’armadio o una sedia, scale ripidissime e un bagno (in comune) minuscolo. Prezzo alto considerato quel che la casa offre. Nota: per arrivare al bagno dovevamo ogni volta salire due rampe di scale.

Ubicación bárbara y un personal super servicial!! La habitación era pequeña y el baño minúsculo y un poco incómodo, pero nada que sea un problema para una estancia corta. Recomiendo!!

Für den Preis und diese Lage unschlagbar! Das Personal war selten da aber sehr nett! Wer die Stadt erkunden möchte und keinen Hotelurlaub sucht ist hier richtig.

Quite dirty and dusty room, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly for a long time. The shared bathroom was too small and definitely could be cleaner. Plus, it was warm during day and night and there was hot water and the location was great.

Da ich erst um 21 Uhr mit dem Bus weitergefahren bin und es draußen sehr kalt war (Januar) könnte ich das Zimmer sogar noch ein paar Stunden länger nutzen. Vielen Dank dafür.

This was an amazing location and Mauro is so kind and helpful! The beds were quite comfy and the linens were clean. It’s a very laid back environment, you won’t really see too many people during your stay so not much of a worry if you book the shared bathroom. The stairs are not for the faint of heart, there’s a lot of them and they are steep!! The shared bathroom is a bit small but with a sink/vanity in the room it’s no problem. Overall we would absolutely book again.

È un ostello e in quanto tale ha ciò che è essenziale per chi viaggia: un letto comodo, lenzuola e asciugamani puliti, acqua calda e Wi-Fi. Ah, anche un bollitore elettrico! Alcuni dettagli sono migliorabili, la moquette e il tendaggio non ispirano fiducia, ma parliamo comunque di un palazzo antico al centro di Venezia, ha il suo fascino decadente. Evitate se cercate un ambiente moderno o se avete difficoltà a fare tre rampe di scale.

Historical building with access around. Perfect location/security, good atmosphere but toilets not clean and only one to share with everyone. We recommend

Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend, auch das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer waren größtenteils sauber, lediglich die Dusche war bei unserer Ankunft etwas dreckig.

It's a hotel really. there's no atmosphere. Staff are barely ever there and frankly lazy. I arrived at 2pm so they just left my room unlocked which didn't feel safe on arrival. No AC is a killer on Venice too. Everything appeared clean but nothing felt clean. Location was good though but very expensive for very little
