Hotel Jupiter

- Nem azt a szobát kaptuk ami a képeken volt. Egy teljesen régi szobát kaptunk. A szállás nem teljesítette a külön ágyas kérésünket sem. A fürdőben a zuhanyzóban nincs hideg víz, csak forró vízzel lehet "zuhanyozni"...

- Too loud from coming from outside the room. You could literally hear everything from the corridor outside. Not a cozy sleep or rest at all. Personnel are not very helpful too

- Puzza di fogna in camera, inoltre la chiave della camera al secondo al giorno non ha funzionato lasciandomi sotto la pioggia con la mia famiglia.

+ Location

- The elevator didn’t work some days, the shower was broke, the drainage in the shower was faulty, and when I arrived I was told there was an extra 2% charge for card payments and that they mainly only except cash.

+ terrible facilities, unfriendly service, everything is horrible

- unfriendly, arrogant, hostile staff....unhygienic facilities,

- The facility is much older than the picture. Only a single bed is available in the room. There is even NO door for the bathroom!

- They are unhelpful and un respectful I would never book again in this hotel

- Nos quejamos de por qué nos retuvieron el importe y tener que pagar allí de nuevo mas un 2% por pagar con tarjeta. En la información parecía que solo había que pagar las tasas turísticas a parte con ese 2% si pagas con tarjeta. Pregunté por el manager a la chica que nos atendió. El manager vino con actitud agresiva, casi gritando, diciendo que estaba escrito todo en el email. Ante tal actitud decidí pagar de nuevo el importe con ese 2% adicional. Es increible que hoy día todavía existan managers que no saben lo que es una buena atención al cliente.

- Senza ascensore e scale altamente ripide

+ Good location, between city center and the airport. A nice quiet neighborhood. Close supermarket 5-10 minutes walk to nearest tram or bus station. A few restaurants close by

- The room was very small to the point it was difficult to move around and didn’t have enough storage space in the room and bathroom. Shower didn’t have any separation from the rest of the bathroom so water would leak if the pressure was too strong. NO NOISE CANCELLATION! I could hear people shouting in the hallway at 3 am, people on my floor left their door open and talked loudly (this was during reception hours and the staff could hear but didn’t tell them to be quiet). There is a sign on the floor of “quiet zone” but it was anything but…

+ The room was comfy, location was great, walking distance from city centre

- Below average than a regular European hotel

- parking is not free. I had to pay extra 2%, just for paying with credit card!.

+ Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the room was amazing! Nice and clean with good amenities and the bed was so comfortable!!!!

- Location is not very central but good anywyas

+ Extremely clean and well designed single room. Well equipped for our 3 night stay with delicious coffee pod for the machine each day. Pump body wash, shampoo miniature , hair cap and vanity box in the small but perfectly designed shower/toilet space. Sink is small but adequate. This was a comfortably cosy small single room which I couldn't fault.

- Narrow small stairs but a lift is available which i used to the 3rd floor.

+ Great property and super helpful staff!

- Tech issue led to some awkward checking issues (but staff absolutely helped with them!).

+ The rooms were all as expected in terms of size and facilities. The location was brilliant, only a few minutes walk from a bus stop and we were able to walk every where we wanted to visit. Beds were comfortable.

- It wasn't made clear when booking that around £600 would be taken from my account the week before staying and this doesn't come off your bill at the hotel, you are still expected to pay the full amount on top of that. We were refunded immediately after we had paid the full bill when we checked in but this wasn't communicated well so it was a little stressful initially, but the staff were helpful.

+ Great location, quite central and a fabulous pub around the corner (Cafe Helmets)!

+ We were in family room which had good facilities.

- Lift was broken - they told me it would be fixed in April and was stated on booking but it really wasn’t clear. To access family room you went up 5 flights and then back down one! They are typical stairs for Amsterdam houses but very narrow and very steep. We had one member of group with a disability which means stairs are difficult but not impossible for them. However there was no understanding of this from staff. Also bed and sofa bed not great for us but that is personal opinion

+ Me encantó la limpieza, la bata, las pantuflas, la tetera y el agua que regalan para tener siempre un te caliente.

- es muy pequeñita la habitacion, solo tienes un pasillito para caminar, pero esta muy comodo y confortable.
