Minha experiência foi muito ruim. O hostel tem um sério problema com bedbugs. Fui picada diversas vezes durante a estadia e tive intoxicação por conta do pesticida, e o ambiente me pareceu insalubre.

Minha experiência neste hostel foi extremamente decepcionante. O maior problema foi a infestação de percevejos (bedbugs). Fui picada diversas vezes durante minha estadia, o que tornou impossível descansar, além de demonstrar que o ambiente não estava em condições adequadas de higiene. O local me pareceu insalubre e essa situação compromete completamente a experiência de hospedagem. Conversei com outras pessoas durante minha estadia e ouvi relatos de que esse problema já ocorre há bastante tempo, sem uma solução definitiva. Infelizmente, não recomendo este hostel para quem busca um lugar limpo, seguro e confortável. Espero que a administração trate esse problema com a seriedade que ele merece, para que outros hóspedes não passem pela mesma situação.

The place haven't been clean in a long time. Spider webs, bugs in the bed, toilet was super dirty. Refrigerator made noises all night No air conditioning

the bathrooms were somewhat gross it felt like they had tried to fit everything they could into each bathroom, one bathroom had a urinal right next to the shower so when you'd open the shower door you're basically able to piss into the urinal from the shower. the other one the toilet was right next to the shower. it would've been smarter to have one room with a shower and one with a toilet and no urinals (please take the urinal out, as a male I can literally just piss in a regular toilet) they closed the kitchen after 10 pm which was fine but then they locked the kitchen door so I couldn't get my food out of the fridge when I was leaving early in the morning. had I not grabbed my towel from the balcony that is only accessible from the kitchen before they locked the kitchen I would've never gotten it. I also had bed bug bites all over me when I left and had to wash and dry my clothes intensely with hot water to not have an infestation upon my return home. that is a serious problem that should be addressed ASAP and frankly it's probably because there was a lack of care in the 8 person shared room. I am lucky that I know how to deal with bed bugs or else it could've turned into a situation where they had come home with me. please address the lack of cleanliness in the shared room. that said this place is still probably better than the 20 person hostage hostel around the corner which doesn't say much. I wouldn't stay here again no matter how cheap.

The first bed they gave us had bedbugs. But after mentioning that to the receptionist we got offered a new room with new beds that had no bedbugs and the mattress got removed from the dorm. The staff there was very friendly and it is a great location if you like to live a little bit outside the Lisbon hustle :)
