Zimmer nicht geputzt, Schimmel an allen Wänden is not being put up, the walls are all painted with a mirror.
I would rate this property a 0 if it were possible. Staff are rude. On arrival they tried to charge me extra for a room with aircon. I was not given the room I booked which was a double instead I was given two single beds. There was a used needle in the bathroom as well as a pungent smell from an infested wall of mould. DO NOT waste your time or money staying here.
La recepcionista nefasta, no dan comprobantes de pago y al parecer ni están bien capacitadas porque tienen que esperar a aque la dueña les diga qué hacer, horrible experiencia. Es más, ni sabían que estaban anunciados en esta plataforma, no respetaron el costo que decía. Por lo que pagué para la próxima mejor me voy a un hotel bueno
The receptionist is terrible, they don't give pay slips and apparently they're not well trained because they have to wait for the owner to tell them what to do, horrible experience. moreover, they didn't even know they were advertised on this platform, they didn't respect the cost that it said. so I paid for the next best I'm going to a good hotel
