+ Some staff, no all, were super friendly. But no one can make a simple decision. Frankly, they are all kids.
- I rarely criticise properties but this one must be mentioned. No air con in the Doms a little useless fan placed on the top pf the upper bunkbed, so if you are on the lower one, well, you are simply ...... It was 30 degrees at night, I find myself having to sleep on the floor to get the aircon draft coming from the corridors. Beds make horrendous noises and the showers are simply disgusting. Basically, no one really cares. Value for money, I don't think so. I did the math, these guys were making on average £200 per night per room for a room of four. Some has 6 beds. So here you have it .

- Needs an injection of funds very tired beds old and not comfortable no privacy curtains? Shower ceiling mould this is not acceptable and has built up in time Very disappointing staying at YHA rocks at the moment excellent!!

- Location - too noisy the old building windows need insulating it tired building needs a serious upgrade. Some staff could be more friendly. Beds are old. Lighting needs to be better designed. Some rooms tired . No place for no phones.

- Too much noise from the trams. First time in a Youth Hostel and 4 people in a room with lots of snoring and get not get much sleep

+ 整體而言非常乾淨整潔，櫃檯親切友好 房內除了每個床位的小燈外還有頂燈，床鋪很穩固，房內有可上鎖的櫃子，但深度較淺，行李袋無法平躺放入。 浴室有乾濕分離！！！超讚 洗衣機便宜，一次 $4 每一層樓都要刷門禁才能進入，進廁所也要刷門禁，讓人很安心
- Spenser street 蠻明亮的，但小心不要往 Flinder street 的方向走，流浪漢比較多。 隔音不太好，有機會聽到外面的人關門的聲音。輕軌的聲音會持續到深夜，晚上也可能會有奇怪的人大叫或是騎很吵的重機，並且窗戶很重無法隨意關閉。 交誼廳比較小。

- I stayed in a 4 bedded room. The 4th person came around 2 in the morning which disturbed everyone when she opened her luggage and arranged her belongings. I suggest not to let the customer in past midnight.

- No lounge area around the tv, just bar stools

- Should have at least one hot drink included in the room rate as no facilities available in the room .
