*Hostel for Bedbug* This accommodation has bedbug. I found it in the bed, already engorged with blood. When I raised the issue, the host asked what I wanted and I requested either a room change or laundry service—both were refused. Later, he told me at 11 PM that I had to leave immediately and that I would be refunded. But when I agreed to leave, he then said no refund would be given. I don’t understand why he repeatedly asks for requests he never intends to honor. He also hung up on me and ignored all further attempts to contact him. I’m giving 1 star, not because of the accommodation’s cleanliness, but because of the host’s attitude. * Additional comments on the host’s response I am very disappointed with the host’s attitude, who never apologized and instead tried to paint me as a liar. Would you want to stay in a bed where bedbugs were found? From the beginning, I requested a bed change, but the host refused, so I asked for laundry service or a refund. I even caught two bedbugs myself and showed them to the host’s mother. If they weren’t bedbugs, why didn’t she say so at that moment? And don’t worry, host— I would not want to stay in a dirty place with irresponsible management and bedbugs.
