When I came, I had to wait for 30 minutes and spend money calling the administration because there was nobody and the door was locked. When the administration finally appeared, he didn't even check my documents. He also didn't know if the room was ready. There was very loud music since morning till deep night and a big drunk company that was unstoppably loudly shouting, beating walls and my door. Very aggressive. I had to denounce to the police and consumer office and move to another hostel.

Personal de 10, instalaciones bien, lei que los colchones eran malos, los mios al menos eran nuevos y he dormido estupendamente, habitación/baño en perfecto estado y la office lo mismo. Ubicación bastante buena para ver todo lo prescindible, recomiendo 100%.
