St Christopher's Inn Berlin - Alexanderplatz

I wouldn’t recommend this hostel. The bed curtains were in bad shape and barely gave any privacy. The lockers under the beds were really impractical, especially when people left shoes in front of them. The room was very noisy, everything felt cheaply built, and the floor was extremely dirty. The bathrooms were the worst part: several toilets were broken, the few working ones were disgusting, and the floor was wet with feces. Honestly one of the worst hostel bathrooms I’ve ever seen.

Rooms are great and staff nice and helpful, but facilities are terrible, I've never seen bathrooms this dirty and smelly in any other hostel , makes you want to throw up just walking in the hallway , also the bar downstairs is not like a hostel bar you can socialize with other guests , every night they have football fans filling every spot and tell and scream watching the matches ,

Purtroppo le prese della corrente nella camera non funzionavano. L’ostello è praticamente un labirinto, sono lontani anche i bagni. L’unico pregio è la posizione, a 10 minuti da Alexanderplatz.

Not good place as compare to the rate per night.

Don’t stay here. Originally, I had a reservation for 3 nights but it was so terrible I had to leave after the first. I was told that after first 2 nights in one room I needed to fully check out, take my things to storage before 11 then check in to a DIFFERENT bed at 3 pm. On top of that, the walls in my bed had brown sludge stain marks and black scuff marks, the hallway smelled like wet dog, the carpets are dilapidated and dirty? And no hot water. I truly am not exaggerating.

Good location, but the facility is labyrinthine, disgusting, and very run down. The hallway that connects the bar to the rooms smells bad. The elevators work infrequently or not at all and anyone can get in through the hall without being a guest. The social aspect is also lacking because it is a full sports bar. You have to pay to store your luggage in lockers and they don’t budge on checking in after a long trip. I wouldn’t recommend this hostel, sadly.

No hay cocina, me decepcionó bastante que para resguardar tus cosas si llegas antes de tu check in o check out es que no tienen espacio, si o si te mandan a pagar los casilleros que ellos tienen, las tarifs son de 6 a8 euros los baños no están en los cuartos, son pocos y no están acondicionados para conectar tus aparatos como una plancha de cabello, la forma de resguardar tus cosas es incómoda tienes que sacar todo el cajon, además en mi cama mo funcionaba el conector, y necesitaba cargar ...

Do not stay here. Everything is dirty and broken. There was 1 shower and toilet between 12 girls and the toilet was broken. You have to pay for towels. The lift was broken so I had to walk 4 flights. Beds seemed clean but very uncomfortable. The bar downstairs is horrible but to be fair you cant hear it from the rooms. Didn't have interactions with the staff but did have to wait 15 mins for someone to check me in. Everything just felt dirty, grimy and not maintained. If you only care about locat...

Solid hostel, very lively as it is also a bar/restaurant, very nice space in the rooms and kitchen spaces, however the bathroom got a bit gross over my stay, but not the fault of the hostel.

The location was great, but the facilities themselves were lacking. There was too little bathroom/toilet for the number of people. We were in a suite of 2 female only bedrooms (4 person for each room) that share a bathroom and kitchen. The bath and toilet are in the same room and it makes things very difficult during busy times in the morning and evening. The water temperatures in the bathroom are also abysmal. It was either scalding or freezing

Parfait rien à dire

Lo mejor la ubicación, a pocos minutos andando de Alexanderplatz. El hostel en sí esta bastante descuidado: las moquetas estaban sucias y levantadas, enchufes que no funcionan, las puertas se abren sin necesidad de usar la tarjeta, los baños y duchas no se las veía muy limpias, en general, necesita un lavado de cara importante. El bar de abajo está bastante bien de precio y tiene buen ambiente para tomar una cerveza. Además hay buenos descuentos y ofertas por ser huésped.

We enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in the 12 person dorm and it was relatively clean aside from the carpeted floors. All of our roommates were older men which was uncomfortable at times. The showers are great and really clean and there are lots of them. We didn’t really like the bar area downstairs too much and we wished there was a quiet common area/place to sit. The location is really great to stay in for first time in Berlin it’s really central. Overall recommend

Great for meeting people! And has really nice beds that come with curtains and plugs! Some bathrooms smelled bad, but most others were fine, laundry machines were broken, hostel events were really good!

No hooks for showers, elevator barely works, everything is old and lowkey worn down. Great spot in the city tho but like it’s a greedy place

Io ho optato per una camerata femminile da 4 ma quando sono salita eravamo divise in due stanze da 4 e condividevamo bagno cucina e soggiorno , la posizione ottimale 5 minuti e sei ad Alexanderplatz per spostarti comodamente

I stayed for 3 nights in the 6 bed girls dorm with lockers that can be padlocked where there is a secure kitchen / living area along with a shared toilet and shower/bathroom .. first trip to city and would definitely return next time I’m in Berlin ..

No pudimos dormir porque el hostel había alojado a muchos adolescentes que estuvieron de fiesta en los pasillos todas las noches. La habitación linda y muy limpia. No está bien señalizado el ingreso al hostel ya que hay que hacerlo a través de un bar y la única forma de llegar es preguntando. No es un buen lugar para socializar con los huéspedes del hostel porque no hay un área privada común para ello, ni cocina para cocinar.

L’accès aux chambres est assez austère et miteux, on ne se sent pas forcément en sécurité. Beaucoup de douches et les toilettes étaient en panne. Les chambres et les parties communes étaient relativement propres. La population qui séjourne dans cet hôtel est composée à 90% d’hommes. Malheureusement, le respect ne s'achète pas : nuisances sonores, alcools, drogues. Le personnel a pu trouvé une solution pour trouver un dortoir plus calme.

Gemeinschaftsbäder und Toiletten dreckig. Nichtraucherzimmer total verbraucht. Fenster trüb vor Dreck. Mitarbeiter sprachen teilweise nur Englisch.
