- Wer ein Mindestmaß an Sauberkeit erwartet, ist hier leider falsch. Zudem kann das Personal leider nicht „mein“ von „dein“ unterscheiden. Wir waren einmal da und sicherlich nie wieder.

- i got back late from a concert and a drunk man in the lobby (he was also a guest of the hostel) was threatening me and my friend. he was screaming at us and followed us to the girls bathroom. we were about to call the police because no one was there. other men sprayed pepper spray in the hallway. outside there is so many junkies and scary people, we got insulted many times. we were 2 girls and saw no women there after getting dark. in my room another person took my blanket so i just slept on a pillow and was freezing. in the shower is mold. the staff at the reception was nice, but i didnt feel safe or taken care of

- No me gustó nada el sitio, la verdad no entiendo la calificación que tiene. Llegamos 10pm y nos entregan la "habitación quen había reservado", subimos la maleta por escaleras 4 pisos, llegamos y no era en nada lo que tenía reservado. Sin baño ni ducha privada dentro de la habitación, teníamos un baño "solo para nosotros" al lado de la habitación pero la ducha era inexistente. Hablamos con el chico de la recepción sin duda muy amable, nos dijo que por un error de booking.com ya no teníamos lo que habíamos reservado (no lo dijo al hacer el check in, solo cuando bajamos a decirle que no era lo que habíamos pagado) que nos podía devolver algo de dinero o cancelar la reserva. A esa hora y cansados decidimos quedarnos y pasar la peor noche de nuestro viaje. Se escucha todo lo de arriba, de al lado, del pasillo, las puertas que se cierran, TODO. La cama no era cómoda y a las instalaciones les hace falta mantenimiento hace rato, el baño tenía hasta telarañas y arañas. A la mañana siguiente buscamos otro hospedaje y nos marchamos del lugar.

- Номер грязный, за такие деньги он должен быть лучше ! Выходить из отеля нельзя после 10 вечера???? Что это за тюрьма? Заселение в 15:00! Выселение в 11:00 утра. Это есть даже суток нет а оплачиваю как за сутки проживания! На этаже 2 туалета и 2 душевые кабинки на весь блин этаж! В туалете воняет кошмар, в номере воняет кошмар! Эти сутки были мучением!

Total liebe Mitarbeiter*innen, gute Bäder, ruhige Lokation aber super Lage. Nah am Fluss und am Zentrum. Immer wieder gerne
It’s a nice bare minimum hostel. Don’t expect anything fancy. The bed was comfortable and everything was pretty clean. The check in staff was a bit rude but maybe that’s normal here… a very chill vibe for people who want to sleep, not a social hostel in the slightest but that was fine for me. The neighborhood was really nice with so many great bars and restaurants around, easily walkable.
don't go there, it is full of bizarre and homeless people. I have been to more than 50 different hostels in Europe and this one is in the 5 worst.

Very nice hostel in good location in Kreutzberg, everything was fine, but there was no kitchen and kitchen is something I generally expect in hostels.

+ Es war genau das, was man für das Geld erwarten kann und nicht weniger. Es war sehr sauber und schlicht eingerichtet.
- Das einzige was ein wenig blöd war, war das Gemeinschaftsklo und die Gemeinschaftsdusche.
+ Me hospede en la pieza femenina de 6 camas, la habitación era espaciosa, cama muy cómoda, cada una con velador y lámpara de noche. La ropa de cama me pareció de muy buena calidad. Los baños estuvieron siempre limpios y abastecidos de papel higiénico. La habitación se encuentra en el primer piso, dos habitaciones comparten una ducha y dos baños.
+ Ich liebe das Hostel. Es ist ruhig, perfekt gelegen und das Personal ist immer freundlich.

+ الفتاة التي تجلس في قاعة الاستقبال اسمها نيكال كانت تساعدني دائماً اذا اردت اي شيء، والنظافة في الغرف والحمامات والهدوء من اجمل ما رأيته ، والاجمل عندما دخلت الغرفة كانت ممزوجة بين الشباب والشابات كانوا لطيفين تعرفنا على بعض وكانوا رائعين .
