+ Non stop noise - we can’t sleep !

- ①クレジットカード払いができない。現金のみ ②部屋がカビ臭い ③テレビがつかない ④コンセントは、かなり高く不便 ⑤1階の部屋は、排水の音がボコボコ聞こえる。気持ち悪くて寝れない。 ⑥外の声が聞こえてうるさい

+ Location and a/c was great

- Cash only. Credit card payments were not available. Price online was different from checking in until we corrected them. Room was dirty, moldy and bed was old, had stains and very uncomfortable. Smoke filled the room at night when staff burned charcoal or trash in front. Breakfast was minimal and was not refilled.

+ The location was great.The rooms were fine clean and functional.

- We booked 2 delux rooms. When we got there my daughter was given a room on the ground floor and was told that the day after she could move rooms. The room she was given was awful. No shower , florescent tube light, rock hard bed and tiny. When we went to complain we were told that we had cancelled 1 room that morning which was rubbish. The day after they were given the room next to ours , eventually, as there was no hot water in that room and they spent all day fixing it so it couldn't be used. It must have been out of use the day before and the cancelled room was just an excuse. They were given 200 dong back as a gesture but were told it was that or a full refund but go elsewhere. Now its a cheap and cheerful hotel. BUT I don't like lies being told.

+ The location was very central.

- First room we got was towards live rock club and night club. The base and music were intolerable. Got to sleep after 3am. The second room was a bit less noisy but was on the first floor with lots of mold and humidity. Smelled like cellar. Quite awful.

- Gece 2ye kadar dışardan müzik sesi geliyor. Sabah 6da da giriş katta kaldığımız için personel sesi geliyordu. Pencere var ama açılmıyordu çünkü pencere mutfağa bakıyor. Personel ise bir tuhaf. Kimin personel olduğu belli değil, üniformasız çoğu.

- Cơ sở vật chất quá kém

+ Hôtel confortable proche du centre animé le soir et à l'abri du bruit car situé dans une impasse.

- La piscine était trop chlorée.

+ Convenient spot. Close to the lake, bar and restaurants and market. No outside noise. Best air conditioning compared to the other hotels we stayed at.

- Bathroom privacy screen was the only minor issue. But the bathroom and room itself was great

+ Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική ... ακριβώς δίπλα στο ποτάμι, με πολλά μαγαζιά . Φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό . Η πληρωμή γίνεται με μετρητά . Επαρκές πρωινό .. καθαρή πισίνα . Έχει αρκετή φασαρία τη νύχτα από τα clubs όμως δεν είναι κάτι το οποίο μας ενόχλησε γιατί στο δωμάτιο μπορούσες να κοιμηθείς άνετα .

- Dont go for the pool its inside, also no aircon but you get what you pay for

+ Location is ok but no view from rooms.

- Only accepted cash, but this was not advertised at the booking. TV did not work. Fridge did not work. And noise from the street was a little loud.

+ Belle emplacement, personnel gentil, super petit dej

+ Perfect location for couple of guys who wanted to be near the party street🍺
