Adventure Hostel Madrid

O quarto era bom, mas o banheiro era estava sujo nos cantos e nos rodapes. Houve um trastorno com o pagamento e até agora estou tentando ver a cobrança que me fizeram a mais no cartão e não tenho retorno. Falta de consideração cobrar a mais de um hospede que nem mora na Europa e agora não tem como receber o dinheiro de volta (32 euros). Não recomendo ficar hospedado, porque não se tem noção das cobranças.

STAY AWAY! We were 3 girls & booked a female-only dorm, but a man was in our room. Zero safety! The rude guy with a glasses at reception showed us a woman's passport photo on his system and mockingly asked, 'Are you sure this isn't the man?' No apology! They ignored us and spoke Spanish. Check-in was late, the toilet was disgusting, and he said 'Do I look like a cleaner?' They took a hidden deposit we didnt know from this site. Broken curtains, no privacy, zero respect. A nightmare for women!

We booked only female dorm. But we realise we were staying with a man when we woke up. Then we told to the receptionist (the guy with glasses and earring) to make up his mistake. He didn’t do anything he didn’t even apologise. We are not paying for that. If we booked only female dorm it means we don’t want to share common facilities with men. If you care about basic standards and respect, don’t even consider staying here. Most of the staff are unprofessional, slow, and arrogant.

Didn’t let us stay when we arrived at midnight and stranded us in the middle of the street to find a new place. Never told us they were cancelling. Awful place would not stay.

The whole hub was under contruction making it pretty difficult to check in. My bed wasn’t ready when I got there so they just told me to come back later. The hostel has no kitchen or common area. The rooms are clean but have many many bunk which can be diffucult for falling asleep

El edredón de mi cama estaba sucio y usado! Pero tambien el de la chica en la cama del lado mio estaba sucio y con pelos! En los dos días que estube ahí escuche de dos casos mas. Al preguntarle a la recepcionista me contesto que supiéramos para cambiarlo. Al encontrarnos con una chica de houskeeping lecpregunto por una funda y la chica contesto delante de mi, que ya no tenían mas que no podía darme y que ella ni sabía. Yo y la recepcionista quedamos decepcionada y etc... yvotras cositas m...

Das Hostel liegt sehr zentral. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, aber man muss sich auf lange Wartezeiten an der Rezeption einstellen. Die Zimmer waren nicht besonders gut geputzt, besonders das Bad war wirklich eklig, sodass ich mich nicht getraut habe zu duschen. Das größte Problem war, dass das Bad offen (ohne jegliche Tür) zu den Betten war. Somit habe ich die ganze Nacht gehört, wie andere urinieren und ihren Stuhlgang verrichten. Estuvo horrible, todo sucio y se durmieron en mi cama personas extrañas me gustaría un reembolso

The room had a really bad smell. Our beds were next to the bathroom and neither the bathroom and the part in pur room had a window, so the smell were over the place, and with 10 people in the room it’s disgusting.

Hay muchas cosas mejorables como las taquillas un tanto pequeñas... Algún estante. Un microondas no sobraría aunque no haya cocina y nevera...

(Fiquei no quarto feminino) Gostei do hostel, tem uma excelente localização, bem próximo à estação Callao de metro, também é possível fazer muitas coisas a pé. Tem mercado e cafés nas proximidades. O quarto era limpo e amplo assim como o banheiro. Os funcionários são ok no estilo europeu "não dá, não pode, não tem..." mais do mesmo. Para as instalações eu não daria 10 somente porque o elevador estava estragado, meu andar era o quarto, faz diferença elevador depois de ...

Super limpio, cómodo,buen trato y expedito vos. El lugar y sus instalaciones hermosos!

Excelente ubicación, limpieza y caída atención. Buen precio. Remodelado a nuevo. Volveré

Ho fatto l'errore di tornare in questo ostello come appoggio per aereo giorno dopo. Un disastro. Non hazona giorno. Alle 3 di notte un ubriaco mi piomba nel letto distruggendo la tenda. Lo stesso un'ora dopo cade di nuovo. Gli dico qualcosa, lui si abbassa i pantaloni, mostrando il pene, e fa come per orinarmi addosso. Gli faccio un verso e lo indirizzo verso il bagno. Lui la fa dove capita (in giro per la stanza). Chiamo la reception e lo cacciano, ma non puliscono urinarie. Da film horror

O banheiro é muitoo Apertado! No geral você não pode nem sequer esperar fora, não sei se pela reforma (que existia), mas fomos praticamente expulsos quando fizemos o check out. Um funcionário tentou nos ajudar como pode, mas nem todos eram simpáticos. No mais a localização é muito boa perto de tudo.

Clean and well kept hostel, with comfortable beds. The staff are helpful and nice. There isn’t any communal space within the hostel though, so you only have access to your sleeping dorm. Which ofcourse makes it harder for solo travellers, like myself, to meet people. There is a nice restaurant/ bar next door though. From which you can get a breakfast deal at the hostel for, and I highly recommend it…… might be the most healthiest, yet tasty breakfast I’ve ever had!

The shower in my room was constructed in a way that you could only open it if you opened the bathroom door as well which is very uncomfortable, especially at that price. There was only one shower for a whole room too which was very inconvenient. No kitchen either, again for that price, is quite underwhelming

Positivos: localização apenas. Negativos: check in super demorado, eles não conseguem separar quem já tem o check in feito e precisa pegar a chave de quem não está feito ainda. Colocaram eu e meu grupo de amigas num quarto sem cortinas na cama e tivemos que pedir, além de ter que ir até a recepção pra poder mexer na temperatura do ar pois dentro do quarto não é possível. Cheiro de esgoto pra dos lado, dentro do banheiro e no quarto. A housekeeping entrou no quarto enquanto estávamo...

Practical small clean functional - busy and safe - nice staff - best breakfast spots all around

For one, the hostel was under construction the entire stay. This meant there was no lounge area, lobby, or normal check in area. The check in was in the base of a staircase. This meant they could not hold bags and had limited capabilities. Our room, a private twin, smelled our entire stay. It smelled like it was still under construction and the entire room was full of dust. Neither of us felt comfortable walking barefoot in the room. Overall nothing like the photos and not an enjoyable expereinc
