   Very happy to have stayed here, very decent well mannered & co-operative staff. Service is very good. Highly recommended for family & married couples. The property is clean, beautiful and tidy. The cultural program that is arranged every night on the roof top along with a fine dining is an experience worth having here. The buffet breakfast in the morning is a wholesome one with so many varieties to enjoy & start your day with. Thankful to the staff for their support & co-operation to make our stay so comfortable n memorable. Got a great deal 10/10 for value for money

   We had stayed for 2 days. Morning we went little early the receptionist who is in the night/early morning shift was very good, welcoming and cordial. Helped us with early checkin and provided a good room for delux class which we had booked for. Post this our experience started to take a U turn. The food at the hotel is WORST. The food vendor at hotel is very rude, grumpy all the time and just money minded. Breakfast buffet at hotel had like 20 varieties including fruits and juice and they charge 350rs for a person which is totally worst for the pathetic food they serve. Hotel organises good roof top events in the evening which includes Rajasthan dance and music which is good but this is a trap for selling food on high price as well. We had enjoyed the music for sure the localist were too good with their talent but we were forced to try out platter starter, we had taken it as usual the food was average still we were okay as we were happy with the event but during checkout was the pathetic experience. Food vendor had charged rs.1000 for the HALF VEG PLATTER. where in the world they charge 1000rs for a half veg platter which has only 4 varieties (2 piece alo, 2 piece Panneer, 2 piece brocoli, 2 piece pineapple). We get non veg buffet barbecue for 900rs in barbecue nation itself.. it’s like totally looting. The person who was at the desk during checkout was behaving very very rude when we casually checked on the over priced food and food quality he just answered thanks, the attitude he carries was like no one do anything. We understood no point talking to unprofessional folks paid the full bill. we were waiting at common area for our cab, another couple came for checkin and trying to check for early checkin even to them the receptionist was very rude, he goes like without vacancy who books rooms rooms are available go wait was the reply. Property is good and clean but I think the director of this property should review these characters of unprofessional folks. Reply to hotels response(read after hotels response) Hi Bhanu Pratap Singh, What an amazing reply, I totally get it now how all positive ratings have been posted, when a customer posts his actually experience it becomes a fake review. Really appreciate the feedback which the property takes it. I don’t have any hard feelings against the property I have given good feedback against rooms and amenities if you have missed to make a note, this is what happens when hotel blindly trusts the staff and not value customers actual feedback. I have heart to appreciate good service and same damn heart to give it back to bad service after adjusting at few places (we had adjusted the horrible breakfast which was supplied). None mentioned us the platter costed 1800rs, also the plate was empty even though your food was terrible because we value food may be unlike few people like you, we are not here to waste when people outside are sleeping empty stomach. I dare you speak not of affording to stay in your hotel, if I can talk about class then I would be much higher for sure. Mind your words, this is not the way you behave with anyone..! Btw the receptionist gave us 20% after genuinely asking does a half platter cost 1000rs, if you are really know what you are charging is worth it then why would the receptionist give 20% off..? And secondly we didn’t take the off which your receptionist has given and had paid the full amount out of our interest..! The review reply of yours clearly shows whose review is fake.! We don’t need to mislead any travellers, your actions will speak for itself

    ホテルマンが非常に優しく応対してくれました。ホテル内も清潔ですし、バスタオルも用意してくれます。水も用意いただいてました。さらに、インドは前評判だと荷預けにお金がかかると聞いていましたが、普通に無料で預けさせてくれました。いいところです。
