Place is clean and comfortable but it's tiny and jammed inside a co-working space so the vibes are rough. And rawai beach is not that fun to be around. But check out the seafood market if you're nearby
Beds were really comfy and had a good night sleep. Nice facilities - small gym, kitchen area, desks, games table. I think the bathroom could have been cleaner in my dorm & also bear in mind they don’t provide towels so you will need your own. Location not bad, restaurants and 7/11 close by but not the best spot if you are looking to go to the beach (although YaNui beach is the closest and is quite small but nice)
