- Hice el check-out por la noche y el recepcionista me pidió un depósito de 300.000 VND. Al día siguiente, cuando devolví la llave, solo me devolvieron 100.000 VND, sin darme ninguna explicación ni justificante. Consejo: pidan siempre un recibo del depósito. Los baños son una mierda, la limpieza libra por su ausencia, están dentro de la habitación.

+ BE CAREFUL with the cleaning ladies, two days ago I lost my slippers and two sweaters before I check out and the little boy from the stuff refused to even ask them about it and was totally careless. Also the place is too crowded and noisy. The only thing that my friend and I liked is because it's in the Old quarter.
- The private room mattress had broken spring throughout and the noise from outside made it feel like you may as well have been sleeping on the street. I asked staff if there was another room but as friendly as they were they weren’t helpful. We paid 800.000 VND for this rubbish. This was the worst room I’ve been in for my travels and the most I’ve ever paid.
- There’re no windows in the rooms,and they’re really small.

Parhaimpia hostelleja palvelun osalta. Kaikkiin ongelmiin löytyy ratkaisu ja joustavuutta. Suomalaisittain mukavinta ja ihmeellisintä oli se, että olut oli ilmaista klo 17-20 välillä. Checkout aika saatiin maksutta klo 15:00 asti ja heillä oli hieno weiting room loppupäiväksi, jossa myös kylpyhuone. Sitä sai maksutta käyttää lähtöpäivänä. Suosittelen erittäin mielelläni.
최고의 호스텔 중 하나. 이상한 프랑스 여자가 새벽부터 불을 다 키고 난리치지만 않았다면 더욱 좋았을 것입니다. 유럽 친구들이 말하기를 "프랑스는 유럽의 중국."
l’emplacement est très bien et l’ambiance top par contre les chambres sont très petites et les casiers également et sans fenêtres c’est tres étroit et peu pratique
Las habitaciones estaban comodas y el desayuno estaba bueno. Cerveza gratis de 19 a 20.
Buen Hostel. Ojo! Si no quieres fiesta, no vayas porque hasta las 23:00 está todo el mundo en la planta 8 y la música se escucha a tope.
Le personnel est acceuillant mais le dortoir de 6 personne, très humide, sans fenêtre, avec une forte odeur c'est rude...
Un buen lugar, se ve que es uno de los lugares populares por los backpackers El personal pasan a full con los constantes nuevos huéspedes que a veces no son muy amables.
On a eu un très bon passage à Hanoï ici. Levi est top !

Fuimos al Hideaway Tour y nos falto plata de adentro del locker. Cuando volvimos al hostel hablamos con la persona encargada del tour pero no demostraron demasiado interes por hacer algo por nosotros. Una pena.

Mijn favoriete hostel tot nu toe! Alles was goed geregeld. Erg sociaal hostel maar niet echt een extreem party hostel, wat ik echt perfect vond. Ze hebben alles wat je je maar kan bedenken, perfect!
만족합니다.. 엘리베이터 있어 편리. 공용 화장실은 배수 물빠짐 좋고. 깨끗합니다. 어제 밤에는 윗 층 식당에서, 파티 가 있었습니다. 무척 시끄러워 잠 못잠
Wir sind an unserem ersten Tag erst spät in der Nacht angekommen und konnten ohne Probleme einchecken. Wenn man sich schon vorher im Hostel anmeldet, bekommt man sogar einen Fahrer vom Flughafen organisiert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und der Preis inkl. Frühstück und Bierflatrate sehr günstig! Wir haben in einem Dormroom übernachtet und die Betten sowie das Bad sind sauber. Von der Lage her ist es sehr zentral. Auf jeden Fall zum weiterempfehlen!👍
Sehr geiles Hostel!!! Sehr gut um Kontakte zu knüpfen, sehr zentral gelegen, Zimmer schön. Cool ist auch der tägliche Pub Crawl
Hostel festif !! J'ai fait ma première nuit la bas. Il propose un service taxi mais apparemment il y a des bus qui font le trajet depuis l'aéroport jusqu'au old quarter d'Hanoï. L'ambiance est festive, il y a un happy hour d'alcool tous les jours de 6pm à 7pm!! Il y a beaucoup de monde mais le personnel est très a l'écoute. Attention si vous dépasser le check out ils font payer la moitié du tarif ! Il propose aussi un tour de la ville tous les matins à 10h qui est plutôt sympa et c'es...
