- Hice el check-out por la noche y el recepcionista me pidió un depósito de 300.000 VND. Al día siguiente, cuando devolví la llave, solo me devolvieron 100.000 VND, sin darme ninguna explicación ni justificante. Consejo: pidan siempre un recibo del depósito. Los baños son una mierda, la limpieza libra por su ausencia, están dentro de la habitación.

+ BE CAREFUL with the cleaning ladies, two days ago I lost my slippers and two sweaters before I check out and the little boy from the stuff refused to even ask them about it and was totally careless. Also the place is too crowded and noisy. The only thing that my friend and I liked is because it's in the Old quarter.

- The private room mattress had broken spring throughout and the noise from outside made it feel like you may as well have been sleeping on the street. I asked staff if there was another room but as friendly as they were they weren’t helpful. We paid 800.000 VND for this rubbish. This was the worst room I’ve been in for my travels and the most I’ve ever paid.

- There’re no windows in the rooms,and they’re really small.

- Bathroom was not clean and the room smelled like shit. Rooms are too small. The coffee in breakfast was literally dirty water (I even asked if it was coffee or tea cause it was pretty transparent and had no taste at all) First they checked me in me one room and my bed was not even clean and ready so I had to change (to the one that smelled like shit) Social area is in the rooftop, which is pretty uncomfortable I wouldn’t recommend it at all, they don’t take care of the place
