It feels like you're sleeping on the stairs, trye hostel has no privacy but this one is a big no.
i booked two days prior but when I arrived there they told me it's booked out and there is a problem with the system. they told me they will cancel the booking so I can get my money back, guess what, they never did. they also told me, that there should be a email that said, they are booked out, guess what, there wasn't. when I ask them for the email they couldn't show it to me. I feel scammed and can't recommend going there, they might just take your money..
The receptionist when I checked in was so nice and helpful and everything seemed great for my stay. However when I came back later during the night I noticed bedbugs, and the night staff did not handle it very well. He used some insect spray and expected me to sleep in the same bed. Told them that I wanted to check out and didn’t get offered any kind of compensation, and ended up paying for my entire stay.
Modern and clean but not the most practical hostel - triple bunks are uncomfortable and the female only section isn’t particularly private as it’s open plan on the first floor, so everyone walks through it. The bathroom is also quite open and feels like it needs a curtain or additional door on the outside as you can sort of see people taking showers (albeit, blurred out) and the space in the shower is very small.

The accommodation left much to be desired mostly because we had our own beds on the stairs so we didn't know where to change and a little too much in the middle of the hallway. tiny bathroom. we were women's dormitory only. normal housekeeping, large beds. for the price I would say that it is good.
The architecture of the building is not the best. No proper doors for the dorms, so its always super loud unfortunately. Also the privacy in the bathroom/shower could be better. But the reception girls are amazing and are doing a great job!
No hot water and the water stopped running in the morning
Beds are nice an big but the bathrooms stinks so bad. i only stayed for 1 night so i can’t rate the social aspect but i think it was pretty quiet.
Het hostel was enorm goor en je moest een heel vies steegje door om er te komen. Hier liepen ook ratten. De douches waren klein en zaten vol schimmel. Er hingen camera's in de slaapkamer, dus je moest goed opletten dat je handdoek niet per ongeluk afviel. De bedden lagen lekker en waren heel breed, maar het was bijna onmogelijk om erop te komen zonder je te bezeren.
The hostel was huge and you had to go through a very dirty staircase to get there. There were rats running around here too. The showers were small and were full of mold. There were cameras in the bedroom, so you had to be careful not to accidentally drop your towel. The beds were nice and very wide, but it was almost impossible to get up there without getting kissed.

Very lovely hostel, alot of stairs but super comfy beds and clean bathrooms. right near the centre near beer street
We stayed for a night before a flight which was good and lower cost compared to other options. Beds comfy and it’s clean, people who work there are so lovely. However, there’s not much privacy, triple bunks, so I wouldn’t recommend staying for a longer period of time because of that!

Perfect place to stay in the wonderful old quarter. Comfortable, clean, safe and friendly. The staff are superb. I will return to this hostel whenever I’m in Hanoi again in the future :)
I loved my stay there, felt really comfortable. Everything was super clean, fresh bed sheets and a nice chill area with free coffee and tea, also the staff was really kind and helpful. They also offer different trips, I also booked the Ha Giang Loop there:)

It was a really nice hostel for our first stay on our trip. First of all, the two girls from the staff were really nice! Second of all, we felt really safe in our hostel. We often had our bag with our important things where our wallet, our documents and so on on our bed while we were on the balcony downstairs and no one stole anything. The hostel is in a corner in the near from the street, so it was not so loud, that was perfect! But it it’s not a hostel to make connections, everybody is deal...

For the price of this hostel you can’t really complain! The lady at the front desk was so friendly and helpful to us throughout our whole stay. We checked in in the middle of the night which was very easy. The beds are thin but big, comfortable and private. Plenty of bathrooms and showers throughout the building. It is quite noisy due to the open plan of the hostel and blinds on bed knocking on metal but nothing a pair of ear plugs can’t solve. Highly recommend.
Perfect stay here. The atmosphere and vibes are great, staff couldn’t be lovelier and it’s located right in the centre of the old town. You have to go down a small alley, but once you get there the place is clean, cool and welcoming. Can recommend!

A hostel in the heart of the old quarter of Hanoi, very comfortable with two terraces where you can relax! lovely staff ready to help you at any time, I recommend this hostel!
For me it was the best hostel I have stayed at so far. Not because it is more luxurious than other hostels but because of the feeling of a home when staying there. It feels that way because there are no doors except for the bathrooms of course and there are rooms like a nice kitchen or a balcony where you can sit comfortably and socialize. The hostel is definitely clean and you do not hear anything from the noise outside even though the hostel is very central
