A estrutura dos quartos é ruim e não me senti confortável durante a estadia. The structure of the rooms is bad and I didn't feel comfortable during my stay. I've stayed in many hostels in different places and, according to my experiences, this was one of the two worst in every way. One thing that I found quite negative is that it had never happened to me before, it was the hostel charging to store my luggage after check-out. The place is not clean and rather scary to walk through, and the bathroom was filthy (hair everywhere, shampoo bottles discarded, etc), but the staff were perfectly nice and the WiFi worked well.
I called to inform staff I would be arriving late for my check in. I arrived and my sheets were disgusting. Stains and bed all over the place. Looks like someone just left hours before I arrived. I was exhausted from travel and the sheets definitely were not touched. Every night yes every night there’s this person yelling outside and it gets obnoxious. I’m not sure if it’s a homeless person but it’s every night… so be prepared for that. The elevator doesn’t work at times nd I was on ...
The hostel has no real kitchen. The so called "kitchen" consists of a microwave and a fridge. You can't cook anything there.
Leider sehr dreckig und wir haben mit einer Ameisenfamilie zusammen gewohnt. Die Küche war eher schlecht ausgestattet und es gibt wenig Platz in der "Community-area". kaugumis an der Bettwand...

Llegamos para hacer el check in, las camas no estaban listas. Muy sucia la pieza y tuve que hacer cambio a una de solo mujeres por lo anterior. Finalmente no hicieron la devolución de la prima de 15 euros
We arrived to check in, the beds were not ready. the room was very dirty and I had to change to a women only one for the above. finally they did not refund the premium of 15 euros
No duvet available, room facing loud square, plugs working very badly (phone not fully charged overnight...), with no possibility to change beds, additional 15€ deposit upon arrival.
No place to leave my bike, wich I was very disappointed about. Rooms are ok, no privacy and not much space for luggage.

Esta en una excelente ubicación, y todo queda muy cerca, un carrefour a 1 cuadra y la estación del metro también está cerca
It's in a great location, and everything is very close, a crossroads 1 block away and the metro station is also nearby

Functional hostel with cute terrace area that looks over Madrid! Has a microwave, but no hob for cooking. Overall we enjoyed our stay and staff were very friendly :)

Beautiful hostel, really nice and clean, great view. Only downsides were that the elevator doesn't go to all floors, meaning you will have to carry your luggage at least 1-2 staircases up, and that towels were not actually provided (even though the info stated it). Otherwise everything perfect.
I stayed for two nights in the women's room and didn't find any problems with the cleanliness. The only thing was that my bed wasn't made when I got there, so I had to do it, but I didn't mind. This hostel is in the PERFECT location if you're a tourist trying to explore like me. It was close to everything, and I didn't have to Uber once. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I didn't have to pay to store my bags like other reviews said. I would recommend.

Me quede en la habitación femenino. Super comodo, limpio y sin ningún inconveniente. Si hubo algún problema lo resolvieron al instante. Super recomendable Queda en pleno centro de Madrid muy cómodo para moverte.
Stay in the ladies room. super comfortable, clean and without any inconvenience. if there were any problems they were solved instantly. super recommended. it is right in the center of Madrid very comfortable to move around.

Für eine Nacht kann man es machen, aber es war nicht sehr sauber, die Küche war schlecht ausgestattet und es hat komisch gerochen. Toiletten gab es nur auf den Zimmern und nicht in den Gemeinschaftsbereichen.

O local é muito bem localizado e fomos muito bem atendidas, quanto a isso não há o que reclamar. Minha única sugestão é que informem o quantitativo de escadas para chegar a cozinha, pois uma pessoa com mobilidade reduzida poderia ter alguma dificuldade. No mais, recepção sempre recebendo com educação. O quarto era aquecido e a roupa de cama ok. Banheiro limpo.
The place is very well located and we were very well served, as to that there is nothing to complain about. my only suggestion is that you inform the quantity of stairs to get to the kitchen, as a person with reduced mobility could have some difficulty. no more, reception always receiving with education. the room was heated and the bed linen ok. bathroom clean.
