- It’s totally different with the picture described , it’s a temporary build room on the land , not like the picture shows in the building . There is no air very hot and dry. Only a fan with very noise. Plus we need 2 bed not one bed.

+ La ubicación es buena. El personal amable.

- Paredes de tabla roca, se puede oír todo lo que ocurre en el cuarto de al lado y las conversaciones del área común donde está el comedor. Me dieron un cuarto que ni cortina tenía y se filtraba toda luz de la cocina que se queda toda la noche prendida, además había una fuga en el escusado que mojaba el piso. Diez días insistiendo para que me enviára la factura. Creo que hay detalles que aunque sea un alojamiento relativamente económico deben ser cuidados.

- La habitación tenía poco espacio, las camas incómodas, y el baño estaba sucio

+ Puntos positivos: Excelente ubicación. Buenos colchones. Personal amable.

- Puntos negativos: Agua caliente no se puede regular o es caliente o es fria. La puerta de entrada es de cerradura inteligente donde hay que poner la clave y esta a veces se abre y a veces no. El estacionamiento no siempre esta disponible y tienes que mover tu carro constantemente. La puerta de entrada a la habitación es corrediza similar a una bodega.

- El mal olor que expedia del baño siempre, la no disponibilidad (casi siempre) de agua caliente o calefactor en caso de frío.

+ The closeness to central and playa is fantastic, super walkable

- Accommodations were very minimal and not super clean. No refrigerator, shower didnt get very hot. All in all just not very comfortable place to hang out.

+ Me gustó que pude hacer el check in antes de la hora programada.

- El colchón era horrible se hundía demasiado. Entiendo que van iniciando pero no habia jabón de tocador y me parece que es algo indispensables.

+ This place is ok for 1 or 2 nights. The location is good. There is a kitchen, so I was able to make coffee and have my breakfast there. The cats are cute. Some of the staff were friendly.

- Communication was good leading up to my stay, but then the instructions for entry were useless. I couldn't use the code to open the gate. There is no name outside so you don't know you're in the right place. Initially no one helped me with my luggage - just watched me struggle in. The room is very basic and stuffy, feels like an outhouse. No wonder the photos on Booking.com don't show much. Everything is broken - the shower wouldn't turn off and had to be fixed, one of the taps in the bathroom is missing, the door handle came off in my hands. There is no lock on the inside so you just have to hope no one can get in. The two fans in the room don't have any gentle settings so you're either too hot or too cold. I could feel the springs in the mattress. I'm afraid it is very overpriced for what you get.

+ La chica que te recibe es súper amable, la ubicación es genial, tienes todo cerca, tiene lugar para guardar el auto

- Lo único que no es tan agradable es que es solo la habitación con la cama y el baño, no tiene ni un mueble para colocar algo, no tiene aire acondicionado pero creo que la relación precio calidad están bien

- Chambre correcte mais sans plus. Un peu bruyant la nuit.

+ The room was big, the bed comfortable, and the shower had good pressure. The owner Jan was very sweet and hospitable. Close shopping, restaurants and beach.

- If you are noise sensitive bring earplugs (Jan was sweet to give us some) since the Casa is close to some bars with music.

+ We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this place. The location was excellent — we could easily walk both to the beach and to the marina. There was a great taqueria nearby, as well as shops and everything we needed within walking distance. The room had all the essentials and was comfortable. The host was amazing — very kind, welcoming, and helpful. She gave us great recommendations on where to go and where to eat, which made our stay even better. A huge plus for us was that after check-out we were allowed to leave our luggage and even take a shower later, which was extremely convenient.

- The only downsides was the fact that there was a club nearby, so music could be heard until around 4 a.m. However, we stayed over New Year’s, so this might depend on the dates and season.

+ El buen trato de los dueños y la limpieza del lugar. Definitivamente regresaría, aunado a la cercanía de los principales lugares. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

- Todo estuvo excelente, no encontré algo que no me haya gustado.

+ Excelente ubicación, a tres cuadras de la marina. Todos los servicios están disponibles, limpieza, agua caliente, agua, cocina, etc. Muy eficiente la estancia.

- Que solo reservamos una noche, el señor que nos atendió nos quitó una hora de descanso entre que nos platicaba y que según se equivocó de habitación, ya estando instalandonos. La falta de privacidad, sales y hay alguien en las mesas y te forza a interactuar aún teniendo el tiempo limitado ya que solo fuimos a dormir y levantarnos para irnos al aeropuerto.
