I had a terrible experience at this accommodation. Upon arrival, they didn’t have the room I originally booked and instead placed me in a dirty, old room. After returning from a walk, I discovered bed bugs all over the bed. I immediately requested a different room, but the one they offered was just as bad and located next to the infested room. For the price, it was absolutely not worth it. When I asked for a refund, the staff kept stalling, claiming they didn’t have any money on site and told me to come back later. This was despite the fact that their café and bar were clearly up and running all day, and I could see the café attendant counting up the register while this was happening. I didn’t trust their excuses, so I waited for an hour at reception. Eventually, they called the boss, who stormed in on his scooter, walked straight up to me, and slammed my refund down while telling me in a very threatening way, “You better get out of here.” He was a young man in his late 20s, which made the situation even more intimidating, especially as a solo female traveler. I want to emphasize that I remained calm and polite throughout, simply explaining that I didn’t feel comfortable staying there. His aggressive and hostile behavior left me shaken and extremely upset to the point I was in tears. Also I had handed in some laundry on arrival and as I was leaving I asked for it back, they returned my laundry half-washed and still wet wich was fine, but the price was advertised as 15,000 rupiah, but they tried to charge me 20,000 rupiah for a job that wasn’t even completed. I questioned why the price had suddenly gone up for half-done laundry, but they just laughed at me. This was an incredibly uncomfortable and unsettling experience from start to finish. I strongly advise against staying here after my experience
