These people suck when I showed up they told me they gave my room to somebody else. They said they would not charge me but yet this morning I have a charge on my card as if I stayed at this facility
The location is the only good part about this hostel. The lack of amenities isn't an issue but they allow people to be as rude and disrespectful as they want there is no enforcement of quiet time it's honestly just a flop house for the homeless in the area, very unsafe. The management wasn't there almost the entire time that I was there, 5 days total and I got maybe an hour of sleep each night due to yelling and fighting,doors slammin, lights being turned on and off, don't stay here.
honestly this was terrible i reached out to resolve a dispute. they booked me for april 2-5th when i was booking for may) and when i emailed 5 times, i was never contacted, and also they still charged me, i would have been fine with charging me for the first day because i didnt see the email till then and reach out, but the remaining days i was still charged for even when i tried to contact to emergincily cancel because they booked me for the wrong dates. i will chock this up as a lesson.
I did not get a chance to even sleep there because they did not have any bags and it was overbooked so I did not get there and I waited 30 minutes just for the front desk to come and assist it was an absolutely horrid experience
They did not have the room available i reserved and paid for through hostel world. The guy there who seemed to be the owner and manager said he didn't know why it was not available. Either he was lying for a classic bait and switch of trying to sell me a bed I did not want or he was incompetent of not knowing how the reservation side of his business works. There were also two people screaming at each other in the kitchen / lobby area where no warning was given to them to calm down.

+ It was a ok experience. The staff are nice and understanding. There is a full kitchen and washroom on the floor. Daily housekeeping. It was take a lot of changes to get me to come visit with Mayflower again. This location has multiple issues, but the staff are nice. Building has low water pressure, shower rod fell and hit me on the head. There is a full size kitchen but the appliances are rusting. Definitely upset about the experience. The general areas you stay in are clean but until some changes happen, I don't recommend this location right now. It's just for safety reasons so if you go do so at your own risk.

+ Eu gostei do preço e localização
- O banheiro tava com problema no choveiro e nao esquentava, a cidade tava menos 6 graus, entao a agua era impossível de banhar. Muito barulho dos outros hóspedes também me irritou.
Very nice price and location. Bring your own shampoo and body wash. Notice no hot water supply for shower during daytime.

You know the old saying "You get what you paid for!" I was only there for 1 night. The room had 3 other women. One of the ladies I took out to dinner and had a lovely conversaton a few doors down at an Ethopine resturant (Michilene rated). The location is around the corner from a supermarket and less than 0.5 miles from the convention center, which was my focus. Parking in the area is limited to 2 hours and then you have to move your car until midnight. Would I stay there again; I think so.

- Very basic hostel. Not the cleanest, and none of the amenities you get in more modern hostels (lockers, curtains etc). However, the price was very fair
