Luxury Hostel Bedspace in Downtown Near Metro

The hostel is very dirty. The shower drain doesn’t work properly, and there is a very strong smell throughout the entire hostel. It’s honestly disgusting. I spoke to the staff about it, but he wasn’t understanding and insisted that everything was clean. There is no possibility to lock anything away. The staff even recommended that I take all valuables with me because there have already been thefts. This hostel has absolutely nothing to do with “luxury.”

Advertised as a “new luxury hostel” but clearly old and poorly maintained. Dirty common areas, filthy fridge, clogged shower, lukewarm water, and I was given used sheets that smelled like someone else. Asked 3 times for a towel — never got one, had to use my own and even bought toilet paper for everyone. No lockers (can’t lock them) and food was taken from my bag.
