- Peor hotel que he estado en mi vida No repetiría. Cero humanos el personal Primera vez en mi vida que me cobran 55€ por tener la menstruacion y manchar las sábanas Y encima me dicen que me han hecho una ‘oferta’ Ya le he explicado que las chicas NO elegimos tener o no la menstruacion y mucho menos el sangrado Me he sentido humillada cuando en recepción se han puesto ha decírmelo como más guest delante y desprecio No entiendo como pueden trabajar así con guest, solo estafan a las chicas Además por la noche ponen películas muy altas que se escucha en la habitación No salía agua caliente en la ducha

- Le bruit de la pompe à eau au-dessus de notre chambre faisait un bruit épouvantable nuit et jour et nous a empêché de dormir les 2 nuits. Il n'a pas été possible de nous trouver une autre chambre car l'hôtel était complet. La réceptionniste était très compréhensive mais la gérante qui connaissait ce problème lié à cette chambre, a seulement accepté de nous offrir un petit déjeuner pour 2 personnes un seul jour et n'a pas voulu faire un geste de l'offrir pour les 3 personnes que nous étions (la deuxième chambre occupée par nos adolescents n'avait pas de problème de bruit)

- Terrible staff, they just care about taking your money. We asked to change the 3 nights of our original booking to 1 single night at a later date (by keeping the same price of the 3 nights for that single night) and they refused. And this was requested more than 1 month before the planned trip Avoid

+ I am sad to give a negative review this time b/c last year was great… good service, clean, honest. I really enjoyed it back then. I wanted to bring the whole family here!! not anymore… Manager Patrick was not able to refund the nights I did not stay in the broken room, but he kept his word and sent an email with a credit for a future stay...

- 1) cleaning dude just walked right in to my room with no warning!! caught me nude!! I had to slam door on him 2) bathroom plumbing did not drain. ankle deep in dirty water in less than a minute of showering 3) found hairs, debris, and blood stain on bed linens 4) my feet turned black after walking on floor…not too clean 5) the hanging light bulb above the sink… you will bump your head on it every time you wash your hands

- We hadden een kamer zonder stoelen of buro, ook geen kast om de kleren op te bergen. Ook geen lekkere stoelen, of bankje, alleen maar ijzeren krukjes. En dat balkon wat we hadden, moest je 50 cm omhoog klimmen, en dan met je benen door de tralies gaan zitten. We hadden een luxe kamer genomen, dus balen ! Voor echtpaar 66 jaar beide, geen fijn of praktisch hotel, echt voor backpackers !

- Huone aivan naurettavan pieni, pesuallaskin oli eteisen puolella, ei siis kylpyhuoneessa, ei lainkaan kaappitilaa, sänky erittäin huono, pelkkä kivikova joustinpatja, huone haisi viemärille, siivooja ei tuonut kuin erikseen pyydettäessä suihkusaippuaa. Aamiainenkaan ei vastannut odotuksia. Hinta- laatusuhde kehno.

+ It's a cute concept in a quiet alley, the breakfast was good, and the staff very helpful.

- The incessant noise. Initially, I got put in Room 310, which is right next to the dormitory and noisy. Moved to 408, which also suffers from incessant foot traffic outside on the squeaky floors. The AC is intolerably loud or, when on quiet, inefficient. On the 4th floor, right outside the room was I think the AC system for the entire building which was roaring all night. Then there is the movie playing in the pool courtyard on a big screen until 11.00pm, with all the noise associated with that. The hotel could be a nice boutique place, but they have it all wrong.

+ Clean and tidy.

- There was no hot water!!!!!!. Brought this to the attention of reception. We were told they would check it. When returning form our day out she advised us that they had checked it however still no hot water. I spoke to some other guests and they said they also had issues. We were advised that it was a non-smoking hotel while sitting by the pool. There were some young boys smoking constantly.

+ La verdad que me gusto todo bastante y volvería a repetir, lo único la ubicación lo único que tienes cerca cerca es Khaosan…pero lo demás todo muy bien. El personal de 10 la gente de alli es maravillosa.

- Nos tocó una habitación con el aire roto… Pero es verdad que lo dijimos y estuvieron dos chicos arreglandolos y nos lo arreglaron asique no tengo tampoco mucho que quejarme.

- Potrebbero mettere delle smart tv moderne per vedere netflix in camera, si poteva vedere solo la tv thailandese

+ Excelente lugar, costo beneficio, muy cerca de todo, me encantó 10/10

+ Excelente localização, muitos restaurantes, cafés, massagem. Ótima piscina. Café da manhã bom, embora um pouco repetitivo. Um bar legal tb. Tinha cinema na piscina toda noite.

+ La habitación era muy amplia y cómoda. La piscina estaba genial casi siempre vacía. El desayuno muy completo, había billar y era gratis.

- El dependiente que esta por la noche fue muy desagradable, al desaparecerme las zapatillas dio a entender como que esas zapatillas no existían y que me lo estaba inventando , incluso amenazo con llamar a la policía , una señora de la limpieza muy agradable las encontró en objetos perdidos , por lo demás el resto del personal personal un 10.

+ La habitación y la piscina muy bien, y el desayunó también era bastante completo. Tenía billar y era gratis eso estaba genial. La persona de recepción la chica super agradable.

- La ubicación no estaba en una zona muy buena.

- - Lage: Metro und Skytrain ziemlich weit entfernt

+ Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und trotzdem nahe der KoSan Road. Überall sind schöne Restaurants. Das Hotel ist sehr modern. Die Zimmer sind angemessen groß, modern und bieten viele Ablageflächen. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr stark. Es war nachts sehr ruhig im Hotel, was bei der Größe oft nicht der Fall ist. Das Personal ist super lieb und sehr professionell. Das Frühstücksbuffett war gut. Es gibt wesentliche und thailändische Speisen. Der Poolbereich ist auch toll und lädt zum Relaxen ein. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.

- Leider kann man das Fenster im Zimmer nicht öffnen. Allerdings kam aus der Klimaanlage immer ein leichter frischer Zitronengeruch, so dass es nicht sticking war. Da wir langfristig gebucht hatten, war der Preis für uns in Ordnung. Kurzfristig ist es aber sehr teuer. Das ist aber inzwischen überall in Thailand so.

+ Das Freilichtkino mit Popcorn zu genießen.

- Leider hatte ich den Raum am Aufzug der trotz oropax sehr laut war. Mir wurde aber ein Tausch angeboten aber da ich eh nur 2 Nächte dort war bin ich im Zimmer geblieben
