- את בעל המקום . לפניי ששילמנו היה נחמד אחקיי ששילמנו וראינו את החדר אישתי לא אהבה את החדר ולא את הניקנון ולא המקלחת אם אפשר לקרואלזה מקלחת ביקשנו ממנו את הכסף חזרה אפילו לא עבר 20 דק מאז שהזמנו בבוקינג אמרנו לו והתחננו אליו שאנחנו בלי יותר מידיי כסף פה לא ויתר ולקח חצי מהסכום לביטול פשוט בעל בית שלא כדאי לכם להתקרב לשם

- Stanza sporca, con lavandino rotto senza nessun rimedio quando è stato fatto presente. L’hotel manca di acqua calda e dovrebbe essere specificato. Insomma brutta esperienza

+ המיקום טוב. מיזוג אוויר טוב.

- כתמים של דם על המצעים, ביקשתי להחליף. החליפו והיה כתמים חדשים, בפעם השנייה גם של עובש. כתמים על המגבות שהם מביאים. המון יתושים בתוך החדר. אין שקעים ליד המיטה. לא שווה את המחיר.

+ Nothing. It was horrible. The management are arsenals.

- Upon check-in the manager took me to my room and explained that the air-conditioning was turned off and that it would cost an extra US$7 per day for him to turn the power on to it. We have a name for people like that. Also the island is filthy. They don't care about food safety. There are dogs on the loose everywhere. The people on this island are rude. Other than that things are fine. Oh I doubt that they have decent wastewater treatment so I don't recommend swimming there.

- The window FELL when I touched it (not push nor anything just touched) to open it. They asked me to reimbursed it even though one of the window also fell the week before with another customer! When several windows fell the problem are the windows not the customers!! So I had to sleep with no windows and have been eaten by mosquitos!!

- Well one of my two windows FELL.. I touched the window to open it, not pushed nor anything, and it just fell and broke. Luckily there was a balcony so no one got hurt. However, they asked me to pay (or at least pay half) for the broken window knowingly that the same thing happened the week before with another customer ! If there are several windows falling the problem is the windows not the customers !! I had to sleep without a window and got eaten by mosquitos..

- No water refill point as advertised. Awful depressing rooms. Damp on walls. When it rained the rooms almost flooded because the corridors are open. Rain was coming into our bedroom through the window. Dirty grubby flip flops left in room for bathroom. Dirty bathroom. Just don't stay here. It's the worst place we've stayed in south east asia. Kept having "power cuts" in the bedroom. The rest of the island seemed to be getting power as you could hear music out of speakers etc. Informed reception who said the island has had a power cut only for electricity to be switched back on within 5 mins... Coincidence

+ Next to the piers and main thoroughfare, restaurants, etc.

- The bed was filthy. The fan hadn’t been cleaned in ages. There was a foul odor in the bathroom. The door didn’t lock. I ended up leaving in the middle of the night to search for another bed that wasn’t crawling with insects.

- No working shower

+ Расположение возле пирса, купаться надо ходить на другие пляжи, подальше. Удобство и номера оставляют желать лучшего.

- Течь в ванной комнате

+ No breakfast. Staff brilliant. Location fantastic right on the beach

+ Mycket trevliga personer som arbetar och driver detta boendet.

+ Great location towards the end of the strip. Comfortable room, efficient, quiet ac and wall fan, Simon is very helpful

- The stairs! Need a handrail, especially on the first section, the risers varied in height and all are taller than European standards. We did raise our concerns to Simon and he’s said they will look into it

+ La vue sur la mer et la zone qui est moins touristique que longset beach

- La premiere nuit au rez de chaussé qui ne correspondait à nos attentes

+ Sehr nette Familie und Simon sehr Gastfreundlich 😎
