+ Im not happy and everything very bad.

- The rooms, beds, and mattresses were single and had been placed on a double bed, and they didn't even have a double blanket.

- Отель старый, фотографии не соответствуют действительности. Интернет в номере не работает, приходили проверяли, переподключали, ничего не помогло. Пришлось купить интернет, попросил вернуть за него деньги, сказали что ничего не вернут. А то что написано что он есть, а его нет, ну так бывает… С кондиционера натекла лужа, стол и возле стола в номере все было в воде. Отель расположен в жилом доме, вход невзрычный, зашарпанный подъезд. Не советую, есть много отелей поблизости более приличных.

- Extremely dirty room. This is not a hotel! Its more like an apartment complex. Breakfast was not good. Flys and insects were flying inside the breakfast hall and kitchen.

- very unprofessional staff they chagre for 1 water of bottle also a even full night electricity was not there and not one there for help

+ There were tour options provided. Actually, it was not really a tour, more like a car and a driver. There were options to go to nearby towns, and farther towns as well. One of their receptionists, Constantine, helped us with a lot of things like, communicating with our delivery correspondent who cannot speak English, and arrange our tour. He was pleasant to talk to, very helpful, and has excellent communication skills.

- The facade of the hotel is almost dilapidated that it did not look like a hotel that accommodates tourists (either local or from overseas) at all. It has seen better days. The walls inside the rooms are dingy. And the decor is not appealing and pleasant to look at. So, if you are vacationing for leisure, the site of your bedroom here will not help at all with your relaxation. One of their receptionists, Maryam, does not communicate well, unlike their other receptionists. Maryam even focused on irrelevant things like pointing to us that we booked 2 rooms with 1 guest each but that we wrote 2 guest names in each room and that we had to pay extra for the other person in each room. She did not even check how much we paid already, which in fact would clarify that we paid for 4 guests. She focused on the senseless things instead of ensuring that we can check-in early (or not). We would understand if the hotel is fully-booked and they cannot accommodate us for early check-in (because they did inform us through earlier written correspondence that it is allowed upon availability), but she let us stew for a good half an hour at the reception without telling us that "no, we do not have an available room right now." When we were already checking in, she even said that the staff will have to clean the room first before we could check in early. There was no explicit denial of our request, so we waited at the reception area for her to inform us that the room had been cleaned. At the 30-minute mark, we approached her to ask if the rooms are ready. That is the only time she said that there is no room available. We were surprised to know about that for the very first time because it was clear to us that the room was being cleaned and that she will tell us once the rooms are ready. She did not even clarify it even though she saw us waiting seated at the reception the whole time. She wasted our time when we haven't had any sleep yet from our red eye flight.

- It is expensive compared to the delivered service , tight rooms , full of dust , notnmatching at all the photo on booking , booking photos and details are misleading

- мы приехали в отель раньше заселения, оставили вещи на ресепшен. и когда вернулись к 14.00, выяснилось, что заселить в забронированный номер не представляется возможным, так как там сломана кровать. немного расстроило отношение сотрудников отеля, так как в качестве альтернативы предложили заселиться в апартаменты на окраине или в другие апартаменты, по той же цене, но без завтрака. в итоге сами забронировали другой отель, персонал отеля Кантар организовал трансфер. и в результате мы были очень рады, что оказались не в этом отеле. вместе с номерами в отеле также хостел, сам отель находится в жилом доме. очень долго нужно ждать лифт

+ Big room, very clean and comfortable. The staf was very kind and helpful, the location is great and the breakfast was very good.

- I booked a room with a terrace/ balcony but when I arrived at the location they said that the one with terrace is already occupied by someone else. The staff tried to help and the room we got was big and nice though we specifically paid extra for a room with a balcony. You should really update the information accordingly on Booking in regards to what facilities a room has.

+ Great staff, clean room, close to City center

- Hotel based on 7-10 floors of some kind old building, it's a mix of hotel and hostel. Breakfast was ok, but very poor on food selection

+ Чистый номер, уютная кухня, хорошие завтраки, коворкинг. Очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный персонал. Вопрос по размещению собаки был решён так, что решение всех устроило. Обеспечили парковку для машины. Поздравили с днём рождения) Вобщем, всё было спокойно, чисто, позитивно.

+ Vsetko bolo vyborne.

- Uzká, malá jedáleň ale utulná. Stavebný ruch v okolí a vyhľad na to.

+ Отличное место для остановки, чтобы исследовать центр и остановиться большой семьей - в других местах на пять человек цена была сильно выше Уютно. Завтраки были. Месторасположение отличное.

+ Снимали апартаменты с тремя комнатами. Просторно, чисто, удобно. Две спальни, большая кухня-гостиная. Два с/у + отдельный туалет. Расположение отеля в самом центре Еревана, очень удобно, до всех достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком. Отличные завтраки, всегда вкусно и можно выбрать, что поесть.
