- They use fake advertising. They said they had air conditioning. In fact my booking said triple room with air conditioning. They said they couldn’t change the system over to air conditioning. Their website said they had ac - not we have ac sometimes. Also the shower was missing the knob to switch from handheld to overhead shower. Shower drain did not work.

- There was no mirror in the bedroom found that quite annoying

- No facilities in the room (no shampoos, cream & other personal stuff , no slipper, no water & kettle or coffee machine, breakfast was poor
+ The hotel is perfectly located and the room was well presented with comfortable beds.
- the air conditioning in the bedroom was malfunctioning and it was not possible for us to get the temperature below 27 C. We reported it to Reception who tried to lower the temperature, without success. They promised to get the technician When we came back in the evening the technician had just turned off the system and the room was stifling hot. We switched it back on and the temperature was still a minimum of 27 - it has to be the most uncomfortable we ever spent in any hotel. Nice hotel but would never go back.

- there is one major problem and because of that we cancel 7 nights earlier, there was a lot of windows and there is no black out and curtains are almost one feet away from the windows so at 3 am is same light that at 3pm Imposible to sleep with lights on while on vacation, hope they fix it, once again staff was amazing

Had a wonderful stay at traveller rooftop! Comfortable, relaxing and great views. Location was close to the Main Street and bus stations. Xhulio and Enes were helpful with planning trips to the mountains/lakes and suggesting ideas for exploring Shkodër. I’ll be back soon 🌞
My first time staying at this new location, as I have previously stayed at the 1st and 2nd hostels. The rooftop is an absolute HIT and it is located in a prime location! This will definitely be a popular spot this summer! Bonus shoutout for having a DJ! Thank you always Xhulio & Enes!!

+ Ich war mit dem Kindern hier und sind sehr zufrieden. Alles war sauber, gepflegt und genauso wie beschrieben. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.
- Beim Frühstück gibt es noch Verbesserungsbedarf .Der Kaffee hat leider nicht geschmeckt - eine größere Kaffeemaschine für Gäste wäre wünschenswert. Außerdem war die Auswahl sehr einfach, mit wenig Marmelade nicht Qualität und eher minderwertigen Süßigkeiten, ohne Kuchen.
I was here with the kids and are very satisfied. everything was clean, tidy and exactly as described. the staff was friendly and helpful. we felt very comfortable and can only recommend the accommodation. at breakfast there is still need for improvement .the coffee unfortunately did not taste - a larger coffee machine for guests would be desirable. besides the choice was very simple, with little marmalade nicht quality and inferior sweets, without cake.

Absolute 10/10. Julio and Enes were so nice and the facilities are great. The view on the rooftop is fantastic. Enjoyed my stay there a lot, happy to come again!!

- Sobe su hladne, ne mogu se ugrijati. Stavljaju tanke pokrivače. Smrzli smo se
