+ Fraudulent listing - the hotel does not exist, it's a commercial laundry facility and a construction site at this address. It appears this address has been used for several fake hotels listings, and as soon as it gets removed they list another hotel at the same location with a different name.

+ Proximity to Local Market

- It’s a old property. Room was very dull , lighting was not sufficient. Air conditioning was not working. Staff was very arrogant

- Khách sạn rất cũ, vẫn còn phải dùng chìa khóa, không phải thẻ từ. Đèn trong phòng chỉ toàn màu vàng, nên với người không quen sẽ thấy khá chói mắt và khó chịu. Vì khách sạn cũ nên các mảng tường và phần đầu giường trông có vẻ không sạch sẽ, cả phòng tắm cũng vậy. Đèn đầu giường của mình còn bị hỏng và phải sửa hết hơn 30 phút. Mình có liên hệ Housekeeping mượn bàn là để là áo dài thì được báo bàn là không mang đi được mà bạn nhân viên bảo sẽ lên lấy đồ và giúp mình là mà không nói gì thêm, tới khi xong bạn mang theo hóa đơn là quần áo hết 25k. Số tiền không nhiều nhưng tốt hơn các bạn nên thông báo phí trước với khách. Mình cũng cần xuất hóa đơn đỏ, khi xuống lễ tân các bạn hỏi mình có xuất cho khoản là quần áo không thì mình nhắn là không, mỗi tiền phòng thôi, các bạn không nói thêm gì tới hôm sau lại gọi cho mình bảo lúc đấy mình có nói không cần xuất VAT nữa. Mình không cần thì gửi thông tin doanh nghiệp cho các bạn để làm gì?

- The 9th floor is being renovated, and the noise is too loud. I can’t get proper rest while staying on the 8th floor. This stay has been a very bad experience.

+ Front desk reception staffs were very polite and checking in/out was easy. Room was spacious and clean.

- Room had not iron and ironing board I could not iron my shirt, the room corridor was very warm with no aircon. Noise isolation is bad, I could hear loud noise from the neighbourhood till late night. Water pressure from the show was extremely weak.

+ Staff was kind and nice. The building was old but clean enough.

- A problem was location. The place is in the middle of a noisy city, and windows and walls don’t shat the loudness at all.

+ Good location walking distance from main attractions in central Saigon, lots of eating and entertainment within walking distance. Breakfast was ok, however depends on being there at the right time, the fruit etc dissapeared very fast and was slow to be replenished. I guess for the price it was adequate.

- Room is pretty basisc which is ok for the price, carpets should have been replaced a long time ago, bathroom was from a previous era and bath, leaked onto floor when shower was used, and wifi in our room was terrible to almost non existant. The wifi guy said it would only be fixed after the Tet holiday, to be fair they did offer us an option of moving room, but not sure if that would have helped on the wifi.

+ Location is good, walking distance to Ben Than Market, Opera House area, Bui Vien walking / pub street, lots of resteraunts around and clsoe to where many tour buses leave from.

- I have stayed here previously and Wifi was terrible, we complained then and wifi is still terrible, do not stay here if you need good wifi. The city view rooms are really just the concrete wall of the building next to you or rooftops of the nearby houses.

- Mon voyage de groupe se terminait dans cet endroit. Nous avons eu les chambres à 14h30. J'ai passé une nuit de plus là bas et pour leur faciliter la tâche, j'ai demandé à ne pas changer de chambre. J'ai demandé un late check-out pour un vol dans la soirée. Il m'a coûté pratiquement la moitié de la réservation. Je comprends mais je trouve cela un peu exagéré pour 3h de plus. L'hotel est vieillot et les équipements sont moyens. Pour une nuit cela suffit.
