Hatchers Richmond Manor

Turned up to check in and ants everywhere. Asked if we would like fresh milk for tea and coffee brought out a little jug of cupboard milk. Put us in the wrong room argued about it then said tough nothing I can do oh and by the way the spa bath doesn't work so dont try and use it. I sent the property an email 57 days ago to which I didn't get a response. I asked if they check the emails regularly and he said of course we do. I asked why I didn't get a response and he said he had no idea. My wife then went and seen him to which"Colin" stood over her to which she come back in tears. We went out for dinner and so I sent a message to Agoda to which they said we will sort it this was 11pm at night. Photos are from the very first key turn. Absolute disgrace. Filthy disgusting and not what room I paid for and definently not for cleanliness. Stains on the carpet, beer glasses for glasses and even a 21st glass as one of the glasses. Day 2 resulted in Colins wife storming into our room we had the door open. She started shouting its time for you to go get ya stuff and leave,we have had agoda ring all night and by the way we do not have bed bugs. I said excuse me  please don't come in and speak to us like that. My wife started crying. I said to her we contacted agoda because they are the middle person and we want to know why we booked the attic room and got this room, this is not what we paid for. She said we'll you got the attic at a discount and all the rooms are the same.(photos on website and agoda show they arent). I said I wanted what I paid for and she said I dont know why you are carrying on so much about the attic room your in a better room (all rooms are the same allegedly) and the shower is massive in here. She then said something to which made my blood boil. She said you wouldnt want the attic room anyways you would barely fit in the shower!!!!(im a big boy and she just fat shamed me). After she calmed down and I explained i wanted to get to the bottom of what's happened she said well your not having the attic and would you like some fresh towels. She brought over bleach stained towels. Its an honest nightmare. Checked out and Colin seen me  and took off so I left my key on reception desk. Took photos of before and after just incase they try and shift me. Oh and the best part they said we have a restaurant on site and breakfast aswell to which you have to cook. Don't know about anyone else but if you found what I did in my room would you eat at the restaurant? Update: spoke with agoda and got a partial refund from agoda not Hatchors Manor. They tried to claim i broke the little table and toilet seat. Now see i knew they would try and pull a swift one so I took photos as I left with timestamps. Try to claim i had stained the floors because I was intoxicated. Absolute slander and refused to give any money back. Don't ever book here worst decision of my life, ruined our experience of a what was apparent good local place to stay for weddings.
