- The location is far from everything, even with Nike, really depending on taxis. The hotel staff is nice but only promote taxis through them, not really open minding.
+ Das Personal war Nett, uns wurde bei der abfahrt als entschädigung ein kostenloses Transfer zum nächsten Hotel kostenlos mitgegeben, ein schwacher trost.. Weil dadurch 3 Tage drauf gingen und ich war vom Hotel schwer enttäuscht.
- Das erste Zimmer, welches uns das Hotel gegeben hatte, war Schimmel an der Wand und an der Decke, wir mussten eine Nacht dort verbringen, weil das gesamte Hotel voll war. Trotz beschwerde, musste ich eine ganze Nacht dort verbringen. Die luft roch dementsprechend feucht, dafür wurde uns ein kostenloses Frühstück angeboten welches ehrlich gesagt nicht sehr gut war. Auch wenn es kostenlos war, die Nudelsuppe aus dem Supermarkt und das Essen welches kalt war, hat es nicht verbessert. Am nächsten Tag konnten wir das Zimmer wechseln, im Bad war es verschmutzt und die Gardine war dreckig, ich habe mich sofort beschwert! In der Nacht im zweiten Zimmer hörten wir die ganze Nacht einen bellenden Hund und ein Huhn welches gekräht hat.

- The quality of the room was very bad, it was not possible to take the bath as the tap was broken. It was a lot of dust in the room and overall it was dirty and full of mold.

- The room smelled like mold and the swimming pool area looked a bit dirty

- Zimmer total abgewohnt, Putz fehlt teilweise an den Wänden, Fußbodenleisten abgebrochen, Treppen und Liegen immer dreckig, braune Flecken an der Wand und Decke, super rutschige Fließen, Pool liegt direkt an der Straße (sehr viel Lärm - ganztägig)
- Der var fugtigt, mug af vegne samt en stærk lugt af mug på værelserne, selv efter værelses skift. De forsøgte at dække lugten med luftfrisker. Aricon virkede ikke ret godt hvilket gjorde det til en fugtig og varm fornøjelse at sove der. Rengøringen ligeledes ikke særlig effektiv.
+ The location is good, easy to walk around the city.
- The room we got was not the cute and quaint one in the pictures, but it was okay because we were just in it to sleep. We used their laundry service and the clothes were sent back smelling like strong deodorizer but were still dirty and obviously not washed. Upon speaking with reception, they checked the cameras and verified that the clothes were only put in a dryer and not washed. Absolutely disgusting. This leads me to believe that they do t wash their sheets and towels properly either. My husband also found toe nail clippings in his nightstand.

- 大きな眼鏡をかけている女性のスタッフが英語でのコミュニケーションがスムーズにできないときに非常にイライラしている様子で、大声で怒鳴るように話してきた。ため息をついたりしてアジア人と欧米人の客に対する態度と温度差がすごかった。シャワーも冷たいし、水圧もすごく弱くて寒かった。もともと2泊する予定だったが、一白で済ませて良かったと思う。 The staff, wearing large glasses, seemed extremely frustrated when communication in English wasn't smooth and spoke loudly in an angry tone. There was a noticeable difference in attitude and treatment between Asian and Western guests, sighing and displaying a significant contrast. The shower was cold, the water pressure was very weak, making it uncomfortably chilly. Originally planning a 2-night stay, I'm glad I settled for just one. Một nữ nhân viên đeo kính to tỏ ra vô cùng khó chịu khi chúng tôi không thể giao tiếp trôi chảy bằng tiếng Anh và bắt đầu nói chuyện với chúng tôi bằng giọng lớn, gần như hét lên. Có sự khác biệt rất lớn trong thái độ và nhiệt độ đối với khách hàng châu Á và phương Tây, điều này khiến tôi thở dài. Vòi sen lạnh và áp lực nước rất yếu. Ban đầu tôi dự định ở lại hai đêm, nhưng tôi rất vui vì cuối cùng chỉ ở lại một đêm.
+ The staff were very nice.
- The rooms had mold, especially the bathrooms. Breakfast was mediocre with very little choices. The Internet was spotty and didn’t work very well. The walk to old town was about 30 minutes with not many decent restaurants around the hotel.

- Petit-déjeuner très en-dessous des autres établissements au Vietnam, manque d’ergonomie dans les équipements (pas de prises pour le sèche-cheveux dans la salle de bain donc on ne se voit pas, deux coupures d’électricité, un problème de plomberie avec les toilettes

+ Tout était parfait dans cet établissement ainsi que le personnel surtout Ella ! Je l’adore merci pour votre aide . À proximité de tout , très calme , chambre très grande et problem plus ménage tout les jours , je devais y passer 5 nuits j’en ai rajouté une 6ème pour bien profiter de la piscine et me reposer dans cet hôtel splendide ! Vélo gratuit à disposition et rizières pas loin ! recommande à 100%

+ L'extrême gentillesse et disponibilité d'Hélène à l'accueil , la présence d'une piscine .la taille des chambres . Qu'Hélène m'attribue une autre chambre la 2e nuit. D'avoir pu profiter de la piscine avant de partir pour l'aéroport.
- La douche de piscine , les < coins > ds les salles de bains qui n'étaient pas très propres Ma chambre donnait sur la rue , très bruyante , je n'ai pas pu dormir la première nuit .
