Minca Ecohabs Hotel

We got bitten by bedbugs! When we confronted the staff about it in the morning they didn’t seem to care, tried to make excuses saying it was mosquitos. We didn’t get any refund nor an apology. These unfortunate situations happen, but the way they dealt with the situation (literally didn’t) is inexcusable. Don’t recommend staying here.

Needs some serious maintenance. Everything feels really run down. I know it would be impossible to completely seal this type of dwelling but I found bugs in the bed several times and there were birds living in the bamboo of the roof and twice they had pooped on the floor. Overall just pretty uncomfortable. Luckily we spent most of our time exploring outside of the hotel
