   They are not at all ready to give a suggestion for the costumers, if we call then to ask for an early check in they least to bother about our request, please suggest me, if someone travel to a place which us long enough from their place they most probably use train or bus and probably it reaches the destination by early morning and what we prefer for an early check in only, but you guys doesn't care for your customers, then what is the use of running this business, really a weird experience with you guys. Such a waste of time and money, I am not even ready to 1 rating for you.

   Worst hotel, don’t trust the oyo reviews, photos and ratings... If google permits negative stars, this hotel deserves -10 Stars... Room not cleaned, bedsheets are got from trash, and room have a very bad smell...

   Hotel is at very congested area. Car parking was available but it had space for only two cars. to park your car you have to go through very narrow street in which lots of motorcycles are always parked. so in a way parking in very difficult to access. Rooms are more than average, but outside rooms its not clean and hygienic. it also stinks sometime. They have wifi but they will not give you password if you don't ask them. Bathrooms are of very poor condition. I booked two rooms and in both, bathroom taps were faulty. hot water availability is only from 6 to 8 am and worst thing is they dont even bother to tell you about this. Thanks to a google reviewer who mentioned this in his review and because of him, i was aware of this. Now let's talk about complimentary breakfast. Please don't opt for complimentary breakfast here as you will only waste you money and also spoil your mood. I was with my parents, wife and 1.5 years old daughter and when we got to their restraunt at ground floor from 2nd floor for complementary breakfast, the manager told us to go to top floor, when we reached on top floor they told us to go to our room, breakfast will be sent there. then after waiting for 20 to 30 mins in our room we got our special 2 COLD IDLIS with COLD and a small quantity of TASTELESS SAMBHAR. And for complementary tea, again i had to go to ground floor to the manager and request him for the tea so that we could get our SPECIAL COLD TEA.😣 Lastly, they had Google pay and other options available but they did not accepted those and asked us to pay in cash. Thats all about review, plz if you don't want to spoil your visit, try some other hotel.
