A nightmare of a stay 1. Room Conditions * Hygiene: I encountered cockroaches and bedbugs on the bed. The luggage storage area was infested with cockroaches, and they were constantly crawling on the floor. I also found bloodstains on the bedding, which strongly suggests a bedbug infestation. * Facilities: The air conditioning is not consistently operational, likely to cut costs. The personal fan provided was covered in thick layers of dust. Additionally, there was no trash bin in the room, and the window blinds were broken. 2. Bathroom/Shower * Cleanliness: The bathroom emitted a foul smell of mold and stagnant water. There was pervasive pink mold/mildew on the shower walls. * Maintenance: The bidet hose, toilet, and faucet were all faulty. To make matters worse, there was no hot water, and the ventilation was completely inadequate. 3. Staff & Service * Unprofessionalism: The staff members were seen eating inside guest rooms after 11 PM. They consistently forgot my requests and displayed a complete lack of professional courtesy. Most unacceptably, a staff member shone a flashlight directly onto my face while I was sleeping. < Overall Impression > This establishment is a textbook example of poor management, where dilapidated facilities are paired with an entirely unprofessional and incompetent staff. It fails to meet even the most basic standards of hygiene, service, and hospitality. Given the abysmal management, I am certain that should any issue or accident occur, guests would receive zero support or accountability. I cannot recommend this place under any circumstances; it is fundamentally broken in every possible way.
