argumentative staff who dont understand exchange rates, and different pricing at the hostel and the website

The hostel is located very centrally which makes it very good to reach restaurants, bars etc. Regarding the hostels atmosphere I unfortunately had the impression that it was quite unsocial. Also the bar was never opened. You receive a voucher that you cannot even use. Most of the staff is friendly but I unfortunately had a very bad experience with the dude that didn’t want to let my friend in because she didn’t have her passport. She had it on her phone but the dude really messed up our even...

Las habitaciones son demasiado pequeñas y no hay espacio suficiente para guardar tus cosas. El primer día nos tocó bañarnos con agua fría y además no hay llave para entrar a la habitación, así que cualquier persona podría ingresar sin problema

Very basic hostal. We had a strange room that walked out onto the roof terrace and bar area. We were only there for a few hours so it didn’t matter much but was very odd. Other than that, nice staff, helpful, friendly.

Overall Dragonfly was fine for a night. We paid for their most expensive room with a private bathroom. This room was attached to the bar and had no wifi connection at all. The staff were unwillinf to help with this. The taxi driver from the airport didn't give us back our change which felt dishonest. The hostel had no social atmosphere when we visited but the location was convenient. The water cylinder made a brrring noise on and off all day / night.

Positiv: das Personal und die Lage. Negativ: keine Vorhänge bei den Betten, keine Spinde im Zimmer und das Bad bzw klofenster ist teilweise durchsichtig und liegt direkt beim Balkon.

The hostel was quite basic, the bathrooms were just constantly soaked. Good location though.

The Hostel itself was okey. Location ok.But we were scammed by one of the staff before leaving so this def affected our over all experience.We were going to a bus terminal to jump on a bus to Arequipa, tho this guy said that we should just wait at a busstop besides the highway. He ensured us he knows the place/area. Had us pay for him to print our tickets. If we would have followed what he said, we would have missed our bus. + absolutely didnt need out tickets printed 👎

hostel was good but... the 4 bed dorm i was in was tiny and got extremely hot and had only a small, loud fan on a table that didn't cool all the beds. also with no shelves on the top bunks you couldn't safely charge items overnight... someone tried this and their phone dropped to the ground down the side of the bed

Em linhas gerais o hostel é bom e bem localizado. A internet é péssima, mesmo no quarto ao lado da recepção.

Great location. Very quiet and a good little breakfast. Showers were awesome, great pressure and temperature. Towels cost an extra s/7.

Nice and calm hostel in center of Miraflores. It is very near everything in the area. Staff are very helpful. Basic breakfast is included (egg, bread, jam)

Auberge agréable et confortable, belle terrasse et des bons communs. Personnel très gentil. Reste un bémol sur la qualité de la wifi...

The staff, particularly Selina were really friendly and helpful. I had an injury and they helped me with finding a clinic, sorting out taxis and my luggage. I really appreciated their help and support.

Not super social but a great location, pretty clean, and it was nice it included breakfast. also liked that each dorm room has its own bathroom. wifi didn't work on 2nd floor

Como siempre un muy buen hostel, tranquilo. Limpieza excelente de camas y habitación en general. Siempre me quedo aquí cuando voy a Lima porque es efectivamente un sitio 10 de 10

It’s a good value hostel and the staff are all nice. However the security isn’t the best. There are no locks on the dorm rooms, and the front door is open most of the time. The reception is always staffed, but there is no wristbands system or anything so it didn’t feel completely safe.

lovely Hostel just outside of all the busy streets which ensures a good rest. The staff are always ready to help you with anything you ask and they truly elevate the hostel!

UN GRAND OUI ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour, le personnel était super et les espaces communs très agréables. Nous avions une chambre privée, la literie était bonne et la chambre propre. Nous vous le recommandons !
