Attara Inn Senggigi

Hotel económico y como ya sabéis lo barato sale caro, nos hospedamos una semana y la mayoría de los días la habitación a las 4 de la tarde sin limpiar, en toda la semana no nos cambiaron las sábanas. Hotel para una noche no más, por cierto vigilar que las camas tienen chinches y te levantas con picores, la comida del restaurante no vale nada.

Not a hostel, more a hotel. Pool area looked a bit old and abandoned. Staff was nice and food at the location was fair priced. Found bugs in my bed (clothes moths, no bed bugs) that was disturbing my sleep. But the staff was very friendly and offered me free breakfast as compensation for that.

Actually the hotel and the staff were good but my friend and I woke up with a lot of bites from BED BUGS!! We informed the staff and asked for refund and to speak to the boss. The staff called the owner of the hôtel and they didn’t want to speak with us or refund us. The staff told us their boss didn’t have time to speak with us because they were busy…….. so sadly disappointed about this hotel and the owner of this place.

Bed bugs in the beds and didn’t want to talk about refund or offer help or excuses.
