Hanoi Street Hotel

The breakfast and the coffee are very good, the cafe part of the Hotel is renovated. But the hotel itself it’s horrible, full of bugs and cockroaches, they definitely need to do a disinfectant as soon as possible, as I see from some previous reviews that I was not the only one with this problem. I had to change Hotel. The receptionist should be more polite when a problem arises, but i guess it is what it is. About the prices, i had to pay to check in earlier, which would be ok for a decent Hotel, also they wanted me to pa even half day when i had to change hotel due to the bed bugs, ridiculous. Note i stayed 3 nights and paid the whole amount.
