Bedbugs in room 201! Also the ceiling of the bathroom is open and you can smell the toilet, which smells awful. Everything is moist and dirty. The smell is bad. We tried to get money back cause of the bedbugs but they said they took professional care of it months ago. There are definitely still bedbugs! The room is being rented to people even tho they have an bedbug issue. The stuff was friendly but the communication is hard.

Waren in dem besagten Zimmer 201 und die Bettwanzen sind immer noch da! Außerdem funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht und generell war das Zimmer in keinem guten Zustand. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Never ever attempt to stay.. I warning you do not waste your money! Yes it’s cheap price but when you arrived in that place you see what i mean. The room was old and too dirty so disgusting!. The linen is veeeerryy dirty, the bathroom smells really bad. And the worst is there is BEDBUG..

We stayed at Room 201 again after seeing the bedbugs review. I thought that the owner cleaned the room properly before assigning the new guest. There was two bedbugs again in the middle of night and I think it would be more than that. I understand that we can get the quality what we paid for but I am not expecting the bedbugg in midnight. They offered me 50% of the room fees and then moved to 4th floor. On 4th floor, the room is so hot even we opened the aircon all the time and the room light facing to the bed is very bright. And, the wifi or aircon fun’s noise is very annoying and we can hear every 15 mins The google review is mixed as it depends on the room the customer stayed. Owner is kinda helpful but I was surprised as they keep accepting the customer for the same room (Bedbugg).

bed bugs. in room 201. at least 3 that we saw. managed to refund 85% of our payment made. because we booked through agoda, i could not cancel on my end. and the owner Sunny did not want to cancel on her end. we compromised through whatsapp. no point explaining the quality of the room itself. but note that they pull down the metal shutters at night. so imagine our shock when we wanted to go out for supper at 2am. there is her sister Lisa sleeping behind her counter, so we could wake her up to open the shutters. But this was not reflected in Agoda or told to us as well. it was a fire hazard that we were not informed we were gonna be locked in. sunny was nice and active through whatsapp so u can ask her anything ig. she said it was possibly because the bugs came in through the opened window. it was unfortunate that our stay was compromised but i want to warn others to be cautious. bedbug bedbuggg bed bugggs
