The beds were infested with bedbugs, we found several bugs and were already bitten within a short time. The staff initially said there were no other rooms available, then showed us another one that also appeared to have signs of infestation. It was impossible to stay there, so we left the hostel around 11:30 pm and booked another hotel that night.The hostel later refunded our payment, but the experience was extremely uncomfortable.
Not only was this one of the more expensive hostels I’ve stayed in, but the staff were extremely rude, the power went out on multiple occasions which meant we couldn’t run water to shower or flush the toilet and no apologies or refunds were given. Otherwise, it’s in a good location and beds were comfortable enough.
Nos costó 60 euros una noche en una cama incómoda, el baño tardaba en calentarse el agua 10 minutos. Tuvimos que dejar las mochilas en un cuarto abierto sin vigilancia durante todo el dia y no podiamos dormir porque tenian la musica altisima. Nunca me volvería a alojar ahí.
It cost us 60 euros a night in an uncomfortable bed, the bathroom took 10 minutes to heat the water. we had to leave our backpacks in an open room unattended all day and we couldn't sleep because they had the music too loud. i would never stay there again.
Das Schloss meiner Tür war komplett kaputt und gerade so zum schließen der Tür fähig. Das Hostel sollte dringend renoviert werden. Das Frühstück war sogar für ein Hostel lieblos. Aus dem Wasserhahn kam kaum Wasser und das in der Dusche war kaum warm.Auf keinen Fall wieder
The lock on my door was completely broken and just like that was able to close the door. The hostel needed urgent renovation. Breakfast was even for a hostel unkind. The tap hardly came out of water and the shower was hardly warm.
I had a bad experience here. 4 bed private room on the third floor. beds were so uncomfortable we couldn't sleep, water would come and go so we couldn't shower or flush the toilet, and there was no water. the big issue is they did not fully refund my stay. they asked me to come back three separate times because "they didn't have the money" or because the manager had to be there (they never showed up). we are out 500 pesos. they also made the refund process difficult. never again.
If you want no sleep(plus dirty sheets) , no shower ( almost no water and not hot), loud people til well after midnight ,reception phone ringing at 3am until 330am and doorbell ringing as well , 24 hour reception that is no where to be found then this is the place for you. I booked 3 nights and left after 1. Decent location. Do yourself a favor and skip this place completely!!
TODO mal... el baño tapado no hay agua! tienes que avisar para que prendan la bomba de agua. mal experiencia :(
ALL WRONG... the bathroom is clogged no water! you have to warn them to turn on the water pump. bad experience:(
Great location but no running water in the hostel for few days in a row. The breakfast was really poor and the Wi-Fi was rubbish. Choose only if you don’t mind not showering for a while!
Desde que llegamos no había agua para la ducha, ni para hacer nuestras necesidades y ni siquiera para lavarnos las manos. Uno de los staff siempre nos observó con cara de pocos amigos. Las camas son terribles y los conectores están demasiado lejos de las camas. Encontramos el baño oloroso y no sabíamos si estaba sucio o solamente olía muy mal.
Since we arrived there was no water for the shower, no water for the toilet and not even to wash our hands. one of the staff always looked at us with the face of a few friends. the beds are terrible and the connectors are too far from the beds. we found the bathroom smelly and didn't know if it was dirty or just smelled really bad.
En la habitación que nos tocó había una bola debcabellos en el piso del dormitorio (imagino del huésped previo); y en el baño el piso estaba mojado y había colillas de cigarros tiradas. 🤢 eso si la cama estaba muy cómoda y las instalaciones fuera de la habitación se veían muy bien. Usted juzge. 🤷🏻
In the room that touched us there was a ball of debcabellos on the floor of the dormitory (I imagine the previous guest); and in the bathroom the floor was wet and there were cigarette butts pulled out. that is if the bed was very comfortable and the facilities outside the room looked very good. 🏻 You judge.

No es la primera vez que me hospedo en este lugar ni tampoco será la ultima, es mi hostal de confianza sin duda alguna Excelente ubicación y excelente atención, pudimos estar las 2 noches sin problema ahi para un pequeño viaje express a la ciudad Lo unico que yo agregaría en esta época tan atípica es un ventilador, en general las temperaturas ahorita se subieron entonces dormir con la ventana abierta funciona, pero el ventilador sin duda daría el plus
It is not the first time I stay in this place nor will it be the last, it is my trusted hostel without a doubt Excellent location and excellent service, we could spend the 2 nights there without any problem for a short express trip to the city The only thing I would add in this time of year so atypical is a fan, in general the temperatures have risen so sleeping with the window open works, but the fan would definitely give the best

Its location is nice and we'll connected with the rest of the city. It's clean and safe and has amazing staff. And the different breakfast every morning is great! Definitely recommend it!
This was the first hostel I've ever stayed and it was always such a great experience, but sadly this was the last time I stayed there. When I first checked in I immediately went to the terrace to chill for a while only to find a group of people making a lot of noise and not showing respect, then I went to my room and someone was in my bed and said he wouldn't move, I went to the front desk to explain the situation and staff told me just to use another bed. Lock in bathroom door wasn't working.
Didn’t seem to resemble the images shown. Room was quite dirty but it is a popular hostel so expected. Staff was kind. It seemed anybody could walk into the hostel at anytime, didn’t feel too secure. Good value, breakfast was simple and nice and light.
Great central location and a spacious 6-bed female dorm with its own bathroom. Breakfast was delicious every day, with coffee and tea always available, and the WiFi worked perfectly. Christian at reception was incredibly kind, helpful, and spoke excellent English, and Yadira and Sarai did a wonderful job with both cooking and keeping the room clean. Unfortunately, the owner was quite rude, which took away from an otherwise very good stay.
Great hostel, great location and amazing staff. Safe, five minute walk to the metro, lots of restaurants and taco stands in the area. Clean rooms, hot water, good free breakfast. We've stayed there multiple times and will definitely stay here again. Shout out to Nacho !
It’s good that they have female dorm with private bathrooms, and it’s quite comfortable and clean (but a mattress and a lamp of my girl next to me were broken). Water in showers sometimes completely out, even cold, so it could be tricky. Only once I had some kind of inappropriate “attention” situation from coworker, but afterwards all good. Must warn that Luca Libre tour for 700p it’s too much, while in all other hostels it’s around 300, and you can go yourself even cheaper
Habe mich in diesem Hostel sehr wohl gefühlt, weil es ruhig, sauber und zentral gelegen ist. Dadurch, dass die Rezeption 24/7 besetzt ist, ist hohe Sicherheit gegeben. Das Personal war durchwegs hilfsbereit, freundlich, nicht aufdringlich - sondern authentisch und echt lieb. Es gibt Möglichkeiten durch eine kleine Terasse, die ganz süß und klein ist, andere Menschen anzutreffen oder durch das inbegriffene Frühstück. Es werden auch übers Hostel ein paar Touren angeboten. I felt very comfortable in this hostel because it is quiet, clean and centrally located. The fact that the reception is staffed 24/7 gives a high level of security. The staff was always helpful, friendly, not intrusive - but authentic and really lovely. There are opportunities through a small terrace, which is very cute and small, to meet other people or through the included breakfast. There are also a few tours offered via the hostel. Come definitely again
Stayed in a private room. Very good value. Large room with en-suite. Located near Metro and other transport links. Wasn’t in the hostel common areas much but they seemed decent, comfy, good place to meet etc.
Nice stay although the rooms are dated and there’s no facilities to cook own meals or have a simple breakfast, cut some fruit etc. Staff is super kind and friendly though which made my stay much better
Owner very nice but couldn’t speak any English. The room was quite bad with the window not closing properly and no light in the bathroom.
Safe place for women. The main difference with other hostels is that here the shower is i side the Female room, so you dont have the risk of being attacked by a man in the middle of the night just for going to the toilet. Respectful staff and delicious breakfast
Estuvimos super bien. El hostel está super bien ubicado, al lado del metro y tranquilamente se va andando al centro. Muchas opciones de comida alrededor y algunos bares tb. El personal del hostel es super buena onda, nos dieron consejos valiosos y el ambiente que se crea con los huespedes está hermoso. Desayuno simple y rico. Repetiremos seguro!
We were super fine. the hostel is super well located, next to the metro and quietly walking to the center. many dining options around and some bars tb. the staff of the hostel is super buena onda, they gave us valuable tips and the atmosphere that is created with the guests is beautiful. simple and rich breakfast. we will repeat it safe!
Beds are phenomenal, showers hot, free breakfast was so good and different everyday. Location is unbeatable. Honestly refuse to stay anywhere else in Mexico City after finding this spot. Nacho is an absolute legend and made my stay
