Sadly I had a poor experience here (I was shocked, given the high rating). I would not recommend this place. Location is pretty central, but the whole place needs a refresh, the room smelled, and the vibes were just weird. I was also disgusted by the attitude of management when I missed my bus to Valencia and the hostel was not understanding at all about adjusting my booking forward by 1 day. Not a good way to treat paying customers at all!
In a dorm of 4, our aircon wasn’t powerful enough to cool the room so we all found it incredibly difficult to sleep and woke up sweating. Reception was notified of this, they came up, said we put it on the wrong setting and changed it back - however the temperature stayed the same. Also, you share 2 showers amongst multiple rooms and in one of them, the lock was broken (one girl notified reception who didn’t fix it and she ended up being locked in). They still haven’t put a new lock on...

Would be a good hostel in theory but 50€ is WAY too expensive for what you get. 2 toilets, showers and sinks for 6 rooms. Bathroom is unisex, extremely hot and humid with no ventilation. Breakfast costs extra on top of the already expensive hostel and is not even that good, only very few options. AC is 17°C and can’t be changed, which is too cold in any situation. Key cards stop working frequently. Amazing location and nice rooms, but the value for money is so bad I wouldn’t stay again. 6...
I wouldn’t really recommend this hostel. Everything’s a bit worn out and the place wasn’t social. The room smelled, the AC wasn’t working properly (went on randomly) and my card to enter the room didn’t work twice, so i couldn’t enter and had to get a card reset. The location is pretty central though and the staff was kind as well.
Overpriced considering the facilities and service provided. In my room, we had someone snoring extremely loudly—well beyond what could be considered normal. The staff didn't effectively resolve the situation, leaving both me and another guest no choice but to move out and find alternative accommodations.

At night you can't sleep here in the uncomfortable beds and the noisy surroundings.

Not the cleanest hostel, but fun nonetheless. Their bathrooms doors are open 24/7. Sitting in their communal area isn’t pleasant because of that. Water in sinks is never guaranteed.
It was ok. The location is very good, the staff were nice, and the bedroom did the job (though decorated awfully lol). Bathrooms were a bit gross and showers were useless. We stayed for 2 nights so it was fine

It’s very popular for a reason. Cool vibes. Great for solo travellers and with your amigas too. Shhhhh….I hope there’s availability when I want to go back…😬
Great staff. Very friendly and willing to help. Bed was comfortable and facilities were kept clean
So glad I moved here from my original hostel! The stay has been great - I extended two more nights. Staff are so lovely and it’s nice to have 24/7 reception and hostel events.

Very central and very friendly staff.
The staff were very friendly. Overall my issues with this place is that some rooms are right by the check in desk/ common area and kitchen meaning it can be very loud at all times and you have to pass through everyone to use bathroom which is across. The bathrooms are also coed and I found that not really comfortable.

This is a great hostel.
Location is super ideal if you like being in the very center of old town! Every single staff is kind, courteous and helpful. The place is well appointed from a designer's eye regarding decor and comfortable furniture. Lots of stairs in this hostel. Suggestion to reconfigure female sleeping beds: noone should have to sleep so close to a door that opens with an automatic hall light that blares onto the bed. Swap out desk for bed or consider some sort of divider between the bed and door.

Bien, pero mucho ruido en las habitaciones que hay en la recepción, con un volumen de música excesivo. Si es un party hostel deberían especificarlo....

This hostel is very special!
If you're in Valencia, you should definitely choose this hostel. It's located right in the city center and is very clean. The atmosphere here at the hostel is so friendly and welcoming. A huge thank you especially to Lea, Jason, and Alessio. The three of them are truly the best hostel staff I've ever met. Even though we didn't really know each other, we got along great from the start. They were incredibly accommodating and consistently friendly. I'm so happy to have met them.

Lage im Zentrum und man hat sich sehr sicher im Hostel und in der Umgebung gefühlt. Die sozialen Veranstaltungen wie das Family Dinner sind top, um mit anderen in den Kontakt zu treten. Ich würde das Hostel weiterempfehlen. Die Gemeinschaftsbäder müssten 1 x mehr am Tag gesäubert werden und im Zimmer wurde während meines Aufenthaltes der Mülleimer nicht geleert (4 Nächte). Zudem muss unter den Betten gewischt werden.
The social events like the Family Dinner are great for getting in touch with others. I would recommend the hostel further. The communal bathrooms would have to be cleaned 1x more per day and the Mülleimer was not emptied in the room during my stay (4 nights). Also, under the beds must be wiped.
Super séjour, bravo à toute l’equipe pour la propreté des lieux, les petits dej. Très bon accueil et petites attentions et L’emplacement est exceptionnel.

Es un 10 con 10 !!! Era mi primer experiencia en un hostal, por seguro lo voy hacer otra vez !! Si algún día volvo a Valencia, es definitivamente este hostal que escogería. Que bienvenida y que personal tan amable!!
It's a 10 with 10 !!! it was my first experience in a hostel, for sure i will do it again !! if someday i come back to valencia, it is definitely this hostel that i would choose. what a welcome and what such a friendly staff!!

Perfect location in Central Valencia. Clean room and communal spaces. Friendly atmosphere. I personally would not go back as it was very noisy in the hostel until midnight. If you like partying and meeting people, this is your place.
