ROACHES thats all i have to say, my last night staying there i saw a huge roach in the private bathroom in our dorm, I also requested to be moved because of a snoring man who couldn’t be woken up and that would just carry on and on without being able to woken up, they received multiple complaints about this stayer which i understand is not their fault but is terrible to deal with when you cannot fall asleep and get hours of sleep.

Awful staff and a very disorganized check-in process. First, I had to argue with the reception staff after I was told to wait in line behind people who had gotten there much later than I had. After that, I was assigned to a bed and went for a nap. Soon after, I was woken up by a staff member who said my information was mixed up with someone else's and I had to pack my things up and go to reception to get a new bed assignment. So that's what I did and they assured me the new bed assignment was ab...

The booking was fairly minute but on my final night I was awoken by someone opening my room door. The front desk had given him the wrong key. Not ideal when you have an early flight and are trying to sleep.

das badezimmer in den gemischten schlafsälen ist absolut disgusting, das komplette zimmer hat dauerhaft gestunken (das bad nur nach chlor). das bad war übertrieben dreckig, habe ein einzelbett mitten im raum bekommen statt ein bett mit gardine. katastrophe

They stole my money. Kicked me out of my room for a very weak reason and wouldn’t work with me at all. I admit I wasn’t the best dorm mate but absolutely insane to make me homeless for cursing loudly for a minute. I was upset and lost my cool. Then I shut up and went to bed. Then they said I did it again after but I have video evidence that I did not and they just said I did.

it was really dirty in the bathrooms and the room with the bunk beds was smelling really bad - like it’s very old and moldy

After visiting over thirty hostels during my 8 years of travelling, i have never encountered such rude and insensitive employees as in this hostel. My anger translates into giving the lowest rating possible.

Havia seleccionat dues persones per una habitació i nomes sem va fer la reserva d’una, més tard vaig intentar seleccionar una altra persona a la mateixa habitació però estava plena. Vaig intentar trucar diverses vegades a l’hostal per canviarho però com que només mhavien cobrat la bestreta, vaig decidir reservar dues persones en un altre hostal. El personal es muy amable y la ubicación es buena, pero olía mal y la limpieza no es muy buena.

I was in a shared female room of x4. The air conditioning kept turning off despite me using their text messaging system to contact the staff members to turn on the air conditioning. It was very unfair for this to happen during summer. It was very uncomfortable as the room was also very small. I paid for 4 nights and left after x1. No compensation was offered and they didn’t even ask if I had any issues. I understand the need to save money, but it should not be to the detriment of basic comfort...

This hostel was great! Would recommend to people staying here. The receptionist, Rohma, is very friendly and really tries to help out guests when they need help with genuine care. 10/10 stay.

La camerata mista è semplice ma abbastanza funzionale. I bagni erano sporchi, sia perché usati da tante persone tutto il giorno, ma anche perché avrebbero bisogno di una pulizia più frequente e approfondita.

I had the best trip here! Good value for what you get, and the staff are super friendly and helpful for any of your questions and needs. Shoutout Thomas for sorting beach volleyball for my friends and I!

Personal super amables y ubicación perfecta, cerca de todo. Camas grandes y cómodas, baños y duñas fuera de la habitación siempre limpio y ordenado. Volveré

Goede bedden en gordijnen om af te sluiten. Hostelpersoneel kwam toen ik al lag te slapen informeren of ik wist waar een ontbrekend kussen en laken zich bevonden. De waterkoker was stuk.Ik vond het niet heel proper. Overigens was het personeel wel vriendelijk.

The location of the property is great! It’s not a very social hostel. The only issue for me was the dorm I was in had an en-suite bathroom and it would flood the entire bathroom floor every time someone went for a shower.

Hostel is huge, 0 atmosphere. Probably one of the worst I stayed in. When someone stole my charger, stuff wasn't helpful at all. Expect that someone will take at the time your food from the fridge as well even tho is labled with your own name.

Por el lado del personal creo que son absolutamente simpáticos y están muy dispuestos a ayudar. Sin embargo, tanto el ambiente como la limpieza de ciertas zonas comunes como baños y duchas compartidas para las piezas mixtas son bien malos, sucios y pequeños. Las piezas (11 personas) también son bastante pequeñas y con poca ventilación, por lo tanto tema olores está fatal.

Good hostel in central location with friendly staff and a nice coffee shop attached. Just no common room and so very little atmosphere plus the terrace is unused so it could be much better. Bathroom also flooded including the shower rooms upstairs which was fine but not ideal.

right in the centre! cute cafe downstairs but they charge you extra for sitting down!

Grundsätzlich ein solides Hostel . Ich finde aber für 4 Nächte 90 Euro ziemlich viel ! Ausserdem fehlt mir in dem Hostel eine Kocharea. Das bemängel ich ! Personal ist aber super nett und zuvorkommend . Super leckerer Kaffee . Alles in allem solide , super Lage .

Very happy with everything and the staff are great. The location was amazing - especially for Fallas
