+ Los recepcionistas hacen lo mejor que pueden en un muy mal ambiente
- Viven hombres de manera permanente en el Hostel. Es muy inseguro. Un huésped (de los que vivía ahí) le pegó a otro una piña en la cara en frente mío y tuvieron que llamar a la policía. En los días siguientes llamaron a la policía de nuevo repetidas veces por diversas situaciones. Están muy sucios los espacios comunes de abajo. El colchón q me tocó tenía un hundimiento en el medio q no me permitía dormir.

- Взяли депозит 5 евро хотя я не хотел!!!! Теперь буду ждать до 21 дня рабочего чтобы мне вернули мой депозит, не у всех берут депозит видимо тот кто им не нравится с того и берут! Кофе в кухне не было, тостер был. Хоть хорошо что объяснили чётко правила пользование хостела единственное жирный плюс. Остальное не доволен вообще, не приеду этот хостел.

- Alcune persone dello staff sono incompetenti. Quando ho chiamato per prenotare mi è stata rifiutata la prenotazione, ho aperto booking e ci sono riuscito: Una delle ragazze alla reception poi mi dice che non avendo il pc a portata di mano non aveva controllato quindi serietà professionale pari a zero. La pulizia del posto è assolutamente migliorabile (vedere foto in allegato) quindi disordine e male odore molto spesso presenti in quasi tutti gli ambienti. Risse presenti spesso durante il mio soggiorno, polizia 3 su 6 sere per fatti accaduti, c'è spaccio nella zona in comune e presenza di alcuni senzatetto. Disordine nei bagni, cucina e bar. Ci sono stati tanti furti durante la settimana, ad alcuni amici hanno rubato soldi, caricabatterie, cibo, mp3, GoPro e altre strumentazioni. Ma River Hostel è più uno stato d'animo che un luogo, sono stato bene nonostante l'avventura simil Jumanjii. Questo luogo è ottimo per conoscere gente e darsi una bella svegliata, per vedere la vera vita di gente che viaggia e cerca di stabilirsi a Valencia. Ho infatti conosciuto grandi persone in questa favolistica fetta del mio viaggio. saluto tutti!
+ The room was unclean, and I had to buy my own things, meaning the bill increased. Also, the place is somewhat far from essential facilities, and there was overcrowding and noise in the rooms, as well as a clear lack of guidance.

- Во первых было очень грязно, во вторых я пришел к своей кровати там спал другой человек, сказал на ресепшен они попросили меня лечь на свободную))) то есть моя была снизу спал я сверху! Душ очень грязный!

- Péssimas instalações, completamente diferentes do que estava no anúncio, com excepção de 1 única funcionária que atendeu muito bem e com simpatia, todos os outros são bem antipáticos,parecem não querer te atender,enfim o atendimento PÉSSIMO e as instalações muito ruins.

If you’re desperate for not being homeless one night and you need a roof over and a bed why not but if is not the case I would choose a different place, noise 24 hours (rooms not well isolated you can here the conversation of two ants on the street ) and the blanket provided was thin and small like for a baby. I didn’t sleep at all
Im großen und ganzen super. Alles war sauber, die Küche war mega ausgestattet (die Kühlschranksituation war bisschen seltsam), die Zimmer waren sehr modern. Für das, dass es eher ein „Social Hostel“ ist habe ich davon nicht allzuviel mitbekommen. Kann aber natürlich auch an den Gästen liegen die zu der Zeit da waren als ich es war. Letzendlich Top Hostel würde ich nochmal hingehen :)
Everything was clean, the kitchen was super equipped (the Kühlschranksituation was a bit strange), the rooms were very modern. for the fact that it is more of a Social Hostel I haven't heard much about it. but can of course also lie in the guests who were there at the time when I was there.

This review does not count as a regular one, because I guess my experience has been different for the reason I explain below. As a solo traveler, I choose to stay in an hostel for the social life it provides. I have spent 2 weeks on this hostel and during these 2 weeks, groups of school trip took an important part of the hostel. It is not what I expect when I choose to stay in an hostel, where I want to meet people, make new friends.. Otherwise, it is quite clean and with a good location.
Best hostel in Valencia! I stayed at 5 different hostels in Valencia and liked the atmosphere, personnel and comfortability the most here.
No me gustó para nada, muy sucio todo desde la habitación hasta los baños. Lo único que rescato son las chicas de recepción que siempre fueron un amor y quienes hicieron la food free una noche también muy buena onda. No lo recomiendo
I didn't like it at all, it was very dirty everything from the bedroom to the bathrooms. the only thing i rescued were the reception girls who were always a love and who made the free food one night also very good wave. i don't recommend it
Todo lo relacionado con las camas y alcobas estaria bien, pero los baños, áreas comunes son muy feas y nada cómodas.
Everything related to beds and alcobas would be fine, but the bathrooms, common areas are very ugly and not comfortable.

Great hostel! Good common areas with nice kitchen. Clean room with good quality beds. Lovely balcony. Only thing letting our stay down was the check in process and storing our bags was made into an unnecessary ordeal.
River Hostel is the perfect Valencia base. Clean comfortable dorms, with the 4 person being the newest and freshest. Showers cleaned daily. The staff are genuinely the nicest around. Nathi knew every local spot and was the sweetest, and Paulo’s walking tour was hilarious and packed with knowledge. Free dinners, a great shared space to meet people and a modern kitchen too. If you want a hostel that actually cares about your experience this is the one.�...
There was big group of kids in the place ! It was loud ! Why do you say you don’t accept kids then ? Can not recommend this
This is my third time staying in a hostel and I would say this was pretty good. When I initially tried calling them the line kept saying “busy”, but when I arrived the staff was lovely and even gave me tape and scissors when I broke my eyeglasses. They also provide free luggage storage on checkin AND checkout days, and they even let me check in a few hours early (1 pm) as I arrived very early in the morning. I did notice the floors in the dorm were so dirty, so bring some house slippers.
Me and my friends got sexually and physically assulted and even though we have a video proof and body scars, the security yelled at us too and kicked us out at 5am in the morning.
Gran Alojamiento, honestamente de los mejores que he estado. Además de que incluyen todo, toallas, candado. Baños limpios, camas increíbles.
Great accommodation, honestly one of the best I've been to. plus they include todo, towels, lockers. clean bathrooms, amazing beds.
Sehr nette Aktivitäten mit dem Hostel, Zimmer sind etwas laut aber an sich schön. Es war etwas komisch, da auch Schulklassen dort geschlafen haben, was ich bei einem Hostel eigentlich nicht erwarte. Die Lage ist super, direkt am Park und auch sehr nah an der Innenstadt. Es ist nicht das sozialste Hostel, aber bei gemeinsamen Abendessen und Führungen kann man ein paar Leute kennenlernen.
Very nice activities with the hostel, rooms are a bit noisy but beautiful in itself. it was a bit strange, since even school classes slept there, which i don't really expect in a hostel. the location is great, directly at the park and also very close to the inner city. it is not the most social hostel, but at shared dinners and guided tours you can meet a few people.
Mi sono trovato bene in una maniera incredibile nulla da dire e nulla segnalare bravi bravi bravi, la settimana in cui sono andato offrivano anche le redbull, per quanto riguarda la colazione per 5 euro non si può chiedere altro il minimo indispensabile e anche di più 5 euro li vale tutti, personale estremamente cortese educato e disponibile
