+ Die Lage ist OK, unsere Mitbewohner im 4er Zimmer waren sehr nett. Das Zimmer und Bett waren sauber. Warme Duschen.
- Allgemein bedarf es dem Hostel an deutlich mehr Pflege, was den überhöhten Preis in einem 4er Zimmer fragwürdiger erscheinen lässt, als sowieso schon. Vor allem die Toiletten im Damenbereich waren leider immer wieder aufgrund fehlerhafter Spülung mit den Hinterlassenschaften anderer Menschen versehen. Im Herrenbereich wackelten die beiden Toiletten. Die Zimmertür ließ sich nicht richtig schließen. Die Ruhezeiten werden nicht beachtet und die Ausstattung der Küche, insbesondere der Pfannen, Töpfe und Lappen, bedarf dringend Erneuerung.

- Did not feel clean at all. I literally saw them not change the sheets after a set of guests left, shower curtains were disgustingly dirty, there was little to no toilet paper every time.

+ Hostel au cœur de El Chalten, pratique et bien pensé pour les voyageurs. La propriétaire est très accueillante et les femmes de ménage nettoient plusieurs fois par jour.
- C'est indépendant de l'hostel mais pendant notre séjour d'une semaine nous avons partagé les parties communes (cuisine et SDB) avec des voyageurs très peu consciencieux de la vie en communauté : aucun rangement ni nettoyage après avoir cuisiné ou mangé, très bruyants jusqu'à tard dans la nuit (6h du matin) et ce plusieurs fois dans la semaine. Un rythme tout à fait en décalage de ceux qui viennent pour profiter des randonnées la journée. C'est assez loin de l'ambiance refuge de village de montagne qu'on cherchait mais j'imagine que ça dépend de la fréquentation et que nous n'avons pas eu de chance.
It is independent of the hostel but during our week-long stay we shared the common areas (kitchen and hostel) with travelers very unscrupulous of community life: no storage or cleaning after cooking or eating, very noisy until late at night (6am) and several times a week. A rhythm quite out of step with those who come to enjoy day hikes. It's quite far from the mountain village atmosphere we were looking for but I guess it depends on the attendance and we didn't have any luck.

- Das Bunkbed war unglaublich schlecht. Es hat wie verrückt gewackelt, man hatte beim hochsteigen das Gefühl das Bett fällt um. Zudem hat es auch jedes Mal wenn man sich gedreht hat gekracht und so gewackelt, dass alle wach wurden
+ Location is good, very central, the hostel is big and has 2 big, well equipped kitchens.
- The design. The big kitchen on the second floor is for those who stay in the ground floor - so everything is really cooking there, and because the rooms are next to the kitchen there's a lot of noise. Maybe coincidence but during my 4-night stay there seemed to be a lot of guests from one country in the middle east, and it may be their culture but they were all very loud and not respecting other guests' peace (not using headsets when talking on the phone, no lower voice at night, even if there is a silence policy after 11pm, they wouldn't reduce the sound. Considering that some of us needed to go to sleep early for sunrise hikes, it was very bothersome and ruined my mood every single day

- Unfortunately quite a few things.. The photographs appear outdated, as the current state of the bedrooms is significantly different. The bedding/pillows really needs updating. Patagonia as a whole is veryyy expensive, but the high cost of £27 per night for a four-bed dorm is just mental. We booked thinking okay it must be a really nice hostel but upon arrival, it is not worth this price per night.. Investing a portion of these funds in property renovations would be advisable, as the current pricing does not accurately represent the property's condition. On two consecutive mornings, excessive noise from cleaning staff at 7:30 AM disrupted our sleep. The lack of an apology from reception is unacceptable. The bathrooms are so echoey so if you’re on the ground floor & a light sleeper, personally I wouldn’t recommend. The bathrooms' condition, particularly the shower curtains, consistently conveyed a lack of cleanliness. The absence of toilet brushes further exacerbated hygiene issues, resulting in unpleasant odors. Only two showers/two toilets seems a bit sparse for the size of the hostel. The hostel lacked atmosphere, with no music or staff-organized activities, creating a monotonous environment. I know majority of people are here for hiking, but some music in the common areas would create a nicer atmosphere. While acknowledging the inherent value of the Patagonia experience, the £27 nightly rate is excessive; a more appropriate price would be £15 maximum to be honest. While this feedback may seem critical, it reflects our experience and we were there for a while so got to know other guests and many agreed that it doesn’t reflect the price at all.

- רעש- שומעים הכל ואין שעת עוצר, אנשים יושבים במטבח ועושים רעש וזה מפריע לישון הדלתות בחדר לא נסגרות וכל אחד יכול להיכנס חימום- דיי קר שם והחימום לא מרגיש שעובד רוס הזמן מבחינת הראש מקלחת, דיי ישן והזרם מים לא טוב ממש זה מרגיש שהיו יכולים להחליף, וגם קרה מצב שהמים החמים נגמרו. יחסית יקר לשאר ההוסטלים שהייתי בהם

+ ４人部屋に宿泊。 トイレ、シャワーは充分な数ありました。 お手頃価格。 ヘアドライヤーあり。 カード払い可能。 枕元にコンセント、電気あり。 共用スペースから見れる景色がキレイ。 チャルテンは小さい街なのでバスターミナルから歩いていけます。
- バスルームに服をかけれるフックなどが欲しい。 冷蔵庫が色んな宿泊者の食べ物でカオス。 ご飯時はキッチンが混み合って使いづらい。 夜少し寒い。
Accommodation in 4 person rooms. toilets and showers were plenty. affordable prices. hair dryers are available. card payments are possible. cushions have air conditioning and electricity. the view from the common areas is nice. charten is a small town and you can walk from the bus terminal. i want hooks to put on the bathroom. refrigerator with food for a variety of guests. chaos. meals are difficult to mix and use the kitchen. it is a little cold at night.

The hostel and everything around was ok. Unfortunately no space to enjoy the sun outside. Kitchen is quite well equipped but most pans need a proper clean. My last night the mattress on the top bunk bed was gone, so it felt a little weird to sleep. Because I was wondering why.

Good sized kitchen with lots of cooking equipment, cutlery and plates/bowls. Could really do with another fridge for the number of people stating but kitchen and showers regularly cleaned. Showers are mostly hot and the team are very nice. Just off the man highstreet so easy to get everywhere including the trailheads. Bed are wider than normal and comfortable, with power sockets and lighting. Decent value for money 👍🏻

Es war eine gute Unterkunft, es wurde mehrmals täglich gereinigt und das Personal war auch sehr nett. Es gab alles was man an Ausstattung brauchte.
It was a good accommodation, it was cleaned several times a day and the staff was also very clean.
