Unfortunately I got bed bugs on my first night and my body is fully covered with bites. I didn't manage to sleep at all from the itchiness. Reported it to the personal next morning and we cancelled our last night. They were very friendly and helped us with the whole process.

Extremely rude owners. I've stayed in 40-50 hostels and the owners were by far the worst people I've met travelling. They physically assaulted my friend and we have this on film and will be posting them on socials. Called him a f...ing gring0 just because he asked for a refund due to bedbugs. when I went to check in at 2.40pm check in was at 3pm the woman with the chest tattoo barked at me saying check in is it 20mins and I can't charge my phone here. Terrible Facilities & bed bugs aswell. AVOID

L'hostel a du potentiel avec une cuisine bien équipée et un bon emplacement. Nous avons eu une tres mauvaise expérience. Nous avions réservés 2 lits pour 2 personnes et un seul lit était disponible. Ils ont de suite accusé Hostelworld alors que j'avais rempli un pré-checking provenant du mail de l'hôtel pour 2 personnes. Aucune excuse pour cet événement. It’s a centrally located hostel, people are friendly but that’s all about it.

2 bathrooms for the whole hostel, tiny rooms, no sockets, in the five bed dorm the ceiling is so low that you cannot sit on the top bunk. Only good thing is the location. Cannot recommend, no good vibes.

Upon arrival at 14:30 they told me that the guest in the room I was meant to have, forgot to check out and left and locked the room. They guessed they would be back around 19:30 and told me to wait in the common area. After a long day of travel, I wanted my space in the private room. I asked if I could sleep in a dorm bed while I waited, to which I was declined. Easy solution to this problem - have an extra key??!! They could have also emailed me to inform me since check out is at 10:30.

Hice una reservación por 3 noches para 2 personas y al llegar a medianoche nos dicen que la habitación estaba sobrecopada ya que estaba arrendada por Airbnb. Nos dimos cuenta que arriendan las habitaciones en diversas plataformas y al coparse, culpan a otros sitios de reservas. Eran las 12 de la noche, hacia frio, teniamos hambre y sueño con mi amigo. Unsere Betten war zwar gemacht aber dennoch dreckig mit Haaren von Vorgänger. Das Hostel ist sehr hellhörig was das Personal aber nicht davon abhält bis tief in die Nacht laut zu plaudern und früh morgens die Musik laut aufzudrehen. Backpacks werden nicht mal kostenfrei verstaut auch wenn man dort Kunde war. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen und nie mehr wieder.

Very small, felt bit claustrophobic there. Also we paid the whole price at the check in, even though we made the small down payment via hostelworld. I tried to contact the hostel via WhatsApp and Instagram, but I never got an answer.

Manque de propreté dans la chambre, chambre vraiment petite (pas de place pour poser ses affaire) Hostel pour fetards et tourisme de masse mais pas pour les voyageurs en quête de simplicité et de respect. Seul plus la localisation proche de la plage mais trop en centre ville

Well located, nice simple hostel. Right in the centre of town, activities available to book through the front desk. Rooms were simple but good, had lockers. Kitchen was good too, the bathrooms were fine but maybe a little unclean at times. All in all, good stay

Fijne knusse locatie in het midden van het centrum van puerto varas. Gezellige indeling en fantastisch personeel!

Great place to stay, not too expensive great location, really chill and nice, the couple who run it were really lovely. Would definitely recommend

The hostelcou ld have been exceptionally good except for one thing that makes it very bad. The mattress is old and broken, and I mean really old. It really felt they found it on the street and put it there back again. It was so uncomfortable that at some point I thought about sleeping on the floor. I'm used to hostels and I have never experienced something like that. I hope they change it after this review.

excelente ubicación. la litera superior que me toco era de muy dificil acceso.creo que deberian mejorar eso. despues todo lo demas estuvo bien

Es un lugar excelente. Clari es una genia y todos están dispuestos y disponibles a colaborar con lo que necesitemos. La ubicación del hostel es excelente y las normas de silencio se cumplen. Un inmenso placer.

Gret place, nice people, very helpful

I think this is my favorite hostel I’ve ever stayed at. It is very clean and in a great location but the best part about it is that the people who run it are so so so so nice. They are super friendly, super knowledgeable about Puerto Varas, and they are always willing to help you out with whatever you might need.

Great location, pretty standard hostel experience, only complaint is there was no hot water any of the times I tried to shower. Really not a big deal in the grand scheme of things though :)

I really liked the hostel. The bus terminal, beach, supermarket, etc. are all within easy walking distance. The staff speak English.

the best thing was the staff, who were very friendly and helpful. all the rooms open out into the common area, yet it lacked any atmosphere when I was there. While some hostels are nonchalant about using facilities after check-out, this place has fees for such... understandable though so as it's a small hostel.

It was an excellent stay! I would definitely come back. The hostel owners are very kind and take great care of their guests. Overall there is a nice atmosphere in the hostel, and I felt very comfortable and safe. I had a private room.

When we arrived after emailing before saying it would be early we were met very rudely which was not nice and damped my stay, the room was okay apart from the three bed bugs that came to visit, and the floor creaks loud in the common area directly outside the door so it was waking up when anyone went to the loo or when they were awake
