Un très mauvais accueil. Les modalites de réservations ne sont pas bien paramétrées et mon entrée a été refusée avec mes 2 enfants. Je me suis retrouvée sans logement pour la nuit. Les hôtesses ne m ont pas proposé de solution satisfaisante sur un reclassement ou pour un remboursement. Je souhaiterai vivement être contactée par le service clientèle.
The booking procedures are not well set up and my entry was refused with my 2 children. i found myself without accommodation for the night. the hostesses did not offer me a satisfactory solution on a re-class or for a refund. i would very much like to be contacted by customer service.
They didn't have a record of our booking so they booked us in a local hotel instead and told us it was all paid for and on the house as an apology for the mix up. Upon check out of the hotel this hostel then charged my card for the full amount for the room at the hostel that we did not get. They some how had my card details even though they said they had no record of us anywhere on their system. Feel very mislead and disappointed by the whole thing
Never coming back. A/C was broken—first two nights were a sweaty mess. Then June, while seemingly friendly, accused me of stealing a €3 towel I was told was complimentary. When I asked for an apology, she doubled down and called me a thief again. Completely unacceptable behavior. Unless her attitude changes, I won’t return. Shame, but the rest of the staff were kind.
Less like a hostel, more like a hotel, I would not recommend this hostel to people looking for a nice atmosphere. Everything is super clean and constantly closely watched by the staff, including the "common areas" consisting of the hotel lobby and a coworking space upstairs. Plates and pans are locked away (?), it's super awkward to eat your own breakfast and cooking is virtually impossible. It all just feels very unwelcoming. All in all it's very luxurious, yet I'd go more cosy place next time!

Shower had hairs in it. Kitchen not accessible b4 8am to make a cuppa b4 travelling. 6 bed dorm very hot so difficult to get to sleep. Staff were pleasant one moment and dismissive the next.
Hostel feels very comercial and impersonal. The bathroomdoor in the dorm doesn't close completely, so that it feels a bit uncomfortable to go to the toilet. There was no towel to dry hands. I think a bit overpriced for what you get. But this said from someone that likes it more when it's cozy and personal.
Ho soggiornato nel weekend di marzo, alloggio piccolo dove non c'era la possibilità di mettere i vestiti fuori ad asciugare, lo si trovava all'ultimo piano. La colazione si doveva fare in reception perchè la cucina era occupata da chi pagava come servizio la colazione. Posizione comoda ma letti scomodi. Valutare altro se si è città per più di un giorno.
I stayed in the weekend of march, alloggio piccolo where there was no possibility to put the clothes out to dry, it was located on the top floor. breakfast had to be done in the reception because the kitchen was occupied by those who paid as a service the breakfast. comfortable position but uncomfortable beds. value else if you are in the city for more than a day.
So extremely hot in the rooms - no way to fix air to make it colder. Really cramped quarters as well with the lockers and beds all jammed together

It was probably the best hostel in bilbao.
Great location, rooms were cleaned daily, quiet rooms at night. However my main problems are with the kitchen and problem I never had in the 20 or so hostels I've been to in my life. You cant use the kitchen from 8-11:15 in the morning because thats when they serve breakfast for guests that pay for that. Other hostels also serve breakfast but others can always use a section of the kitchen at the same time to eat or prepare their food. The other thing is the smallest fridge in the world for guest...

Hostel sympa et situé à 2min à pieds de la gare, bien desservi par les transports en commun. Dommage que les salles de bain privatives soient séparées en plusieurs mini zones: pièce avec les toilettes, pièce avec la douche et lavabo dans la partie dortoir.
Nice hostel and located 2min walking distance from the station, well connected by public transport. pity that the private bathrooms are separated into several mini zones: room with toilet, room with shower and sink in the bedroom part.
Amazing hostel. Really nice and clean rooms and bathrooms. Great social events like karaoke to meet people. The staff was so nice!!! Great location too. Would definitely come back here.
Incredible place with very friendly and helpful staff. They helped me practice my Spanish and were generally very kind. Location waswas good, close to old town and there were always activities going on in the hostel. It was nice meeting local people in the hostel too. A very cool city with great people
Die Zimmer sind echt toll. Sauber und das Bad echt schick. Ich war nur leider sehr enttäuscht von der Küche. Es ist ein riesiges Hostel und dafür hat es in der Küche zwei Kochplatten und einen Minikühkschrank, der nicht gut gerochen hat. Da war ich sehr enttäuscht. Sie wollen offensichtlich nicht, dass man viel selber kocht. Man darf auch erst ab 11.30 Uhr morgens in die Küche, weil davor das kostenpflichtige Frühstück des Hostels dort stattfindet. Sehr schade
The rooms are really great. Clean and the bathroom is really nice. I was just unfortunately very disappointed with the kitchen. It's a huge hostel and yet it has two cooking plates in the kitchen and a mini-cooking cabinet that didn't smell good. I was very disappointed. They obviously don't want you to buy a lot yourself. You can't even go into the kitchen until 11:30 in the morning because the hostel's paid breakfast takes place there before that. Very bad.

Wow! This has to be hands down the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in a few… staff were amazing on check in, friendly, polite and helpful, free drink on arrival was also a touch. The room itself was clean bright modern and bed was so comfortable with charging points, light and a curtain for privacy! The location was spot on too, close to all tourist attractions and new town and old town! I’ll definitely be back at some point this year… thank you Latroupe la Granja…...
The hostel is at pretty good location and the rooms were clean. The only thing that I didn't like is the common area is not only for guests it's a cafe and bar for public and they host private events. Most of the times the sofa and other space are booked. Also they a kitchen upstairs, however you are not allowed to use it in the morning which doesn't make any sense if you wanna make breakfast for yourself. There is lack of respect for the guests and they just want to make money out of everything
La ubicación es muy estratégica, el personal muy cálido y las instalaciones muy bonitas. El desayuno está muy completo, en las tardes es un lugar para tomar café o cocteles. Volvería sin pesarlo
The location is very strategic, the staff very warm and the facilities very nice. the breakfast is very complete, in the afternoons it is a place to have coffee or cocktails. i would return without weighing it
