+ The staff was racist need to get rid of the staff he's name is Mo, very disrespectful and racist and that's a problem , so I didn't like it

- I have been traveling full-time for years and have stayed in dozens of hostels across many countries without ever experiencing anything like this. I had already been staying at this hostel for over a week when I fell sick. That morning I needed to extend my stay but couldn’t go to the ATM immediately because I wasn’t feeling well. The staff member at reception at the time understood the situation and said it was fine. Later, when the staff changed, another employee came to my room and started yelling about the payment instead of simply asking about the situation. There was no attempt to communicate calmly. I went to the reception to explain that I was sick and that the earlier staff member was aware of the situation. I also mentioned that even if there was a misunderstanding, it could have been handled politely. Instead of resolving the issue, the staff member escalated it further and told me to leave the property immediately. He gave me 10 minutes to leave and said he would come to my room and throw my belongings out if I didn’t. For someone who has traveled extensively and never had a single complaint anywhere in the world, this level of aggression from hostel staff was shocking. A simple conversation would have resolved everything. Unfortunately, this experience showed a complete lack of professionalism and basic respect toward guests.
- My checkout date was Dec 16, but on Dec 15 a housekeeper moved my stuff from my bed without asking. I ended up losing one underwear and two pairs of socks. When I went to the front desk on the morning of Dec 16 to ask for help, the staff member Devin was the only person there. He told me the housekeeper (whose name starts with a “J”, according to him) was not there and asked me to wait until 4pm, which was completely unreasonable since I was already checking out. Instead of helping, he refused to do anything, acted like I was wasting his time, and then started yelling at me very aggressively. He even used the f-word toward me. The whole interaction was extremely disrespectful and intimidating. Losing a few clothes is not a big deal, but being insulted and shouted at by staff is unacceptable. I felt very angry and unsafe. This is not how guests should be treated. Fortunately I recorded the last piece of his insulting and threatening words.
- I had booked a room for one night through Booking.com. Upon arrival at the hotel at around 20:30 my room had been rented out to someone else. There was no room available . My reservation was known, but had not been properly addressed by the hotel. It was not clear what had gone wrong, but I had to look for another hotel. It appears now that the hotel informed Booking.com that I did not show up. This is all highly disturbing and unprofessional.

Pire experience de ma vie, toilettes bouché douche bouché cafards proche des lits !!!! Expérience horrible, l'accueil est pourri que des des personnes pas compétentes je me suis fais agressée. Ils disent faire des petits déjeuner c’est à peine une pomme troue et des bananes rongé de cafard

- Une calamité à 10h00 du matin la musique était mise à fond. Et c’est tout les jours comme sa C’est vraiment pas un hôtel pour se reposer. Dans la chambre les prise à chargeur sont mal faite.

- Reserve hace mes y medio y me dieron una habitación para 6 y separaron a una persona en otro lugar. Teniendo cuarto para siete personas disponibles decidieron separarnos y no responder. Organicen los grupos PQ uno viaja en familia para estar juntos.

Nice hostel! The staff is super helpful and parties in the evening are a cool way to meet people and start the night! (don't worry if you wanna sleep they turn the music down at ~11pm :)) Breakfast is also a solid deal! Only thing to watch out for is the homeless spot but I guess that's part of LA and not the hostel's fault.
The staff was nice and very accommodating. The roommates I was paired with were unique interesting people to meet.
Banana Bungalow feels very unique compared to other places I've stayed in, and I like it. The location is ideal for visiting Hollywood, the vibe is cool, and the staff were good to us. No complaints. Thanks, guys!
Todo muy bien, escogi este Hostel por su locacion cercana al metro y que cuenta con espacio de estacionamiento. Sin embargo, no sabia que el estacionamiento es de cobro. Por demas, la atencion del staff del area comun/comedor, es muy atenta y agradable. Los cuartos estan bien adaptados y comodos para 4 personas con facilidades de cocina, refrigerador y baño de cuarto.
All very well, I chose this Hostel for its location near the metro and it has parking space. however, I did not know that the parking is for a fee. besides, the attention of the staff in the common area/dining area, is very attentive and pleasant. the rooms are well adapted and comfortable for 4 people with facilities of kitchen, refrigerator and bathroom.

unfriendly staff, weird vibes, I thought it would be a party hostel by what i saw when i was booking my stay there. at least, it was clean. During my first night the room was full and there was someone sleeping on the kitchen, at 2 am somebody else came to sleep in our FULL bedroom. I didnt feel safe at all, but didnt feel comfortable to talk to the staff. the localization is good, but there are many homeless people in that neighborhood and the main door was constantly unlocked. i dont recommend

+ O ambiente é muito legal. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e animados. Sempre tem festas para integrar os hóspedes.
+ Schneller einfacher Check in. Tolle Atmosphäre. Super Gastgeber die abends karaoke Partys etc. Machen. Waschmöglichkeiten. Lockere Atmosphäre . Für kleines Geld absolut zu empfehlen! Immer wieder !
- Zum Frühstück gab es nur Kaffee und Tee- wenigstens ein Saft wäre schön gewesen 😬
+ Le parking est un plus ainsi que le petit déjeuner
- La musique jusqu’à tard le soir et le quartier qui n’est pas très sécurisant
