De nada. Não dormi pois não tinha condições para dormir. Estava cheio de percevejo

Está foi a pior estadia que eu tive, quando era 22 horas e pouco, fui picado por muitos percevejos .E de enormes tamanhos. Fiz o vídeo e mandei para o dono e ele me tranferiu para o outro quarto

Everything was so dirty, a hell smell in property, Bed bugs everywhere , we didn't even sit for 5 mints over there, a totally scammed on booking.com

Terrible stay! The room was full of insects, especially bed bugs. Absolutely no hygiene or care for guests. This place doesn’t even deserve one star! I’ll never come back here again. ❌

Everything, fresh sperm on the bed , bed bugs , not clear at all . Felt like persons were sleep in our room 10 m before the chek in . Bathroom dirty , not safe , didn’t had hygiene . Horrible customers service .

Percevejo! quero um reembolso e fazer queixa

Absolutamente todo empezando por la entrada ni recepción ni nada. La Habitación un completo desastre camas y sábanas sucias. Bichos en la habitación en los colchones eran chinches, las toallas sucias y muy deterioradas, El baño es compartido pero se nota un completo abandono suciedad, las instalaciones espantosas. Es increíble que existan sitios así.

The property was not clean, and I experienced issues with bedbugs. Additionally, noise from people talking loudly in the corridor at 2 AM made it very difficult to sleep.

Je tiens à vous informer que l'hôtel ne répond pas aux normes minimales de propreté. Le sol est sale, les lits est plein de punaise de lit, et la personne normale ne peut pas entrer dans les toilettes à cause du odeurs des cigarettes et des déchets qui y sont jetés. Pour votre information, j'ai quelques photos.

Les punaises de lit l'hygiène tu te sens jamais en sécurité les douche sale.... Si je continue je vais pas m'arrêter je comprend pas comment booking il accept les hotel comme celui la et comment les autorités portugaise interviennent pas dans ce cas

Avoid this hotel at all costs! My stay at this hotel was absolutely awful. The room was filthy, with sticky floors and surfaces, broken furniture, and no TV. The bed linens were stained and dirty, and when I requested fresh ones, they were just as old and smelly. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, and the staff didn’t even pretend to care when I complained. I only stayed one night before leaving, as the experience was unbearable. The mattresses were disgusting, and I had to sleep in my clothes, fearing bedbugs might be present. The shared bathroom was horrifying—filthy, with no mirror, and the toilet was in an appalling state. If you value your trip to Lisbon, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. It will ruin your experience of an otherwise beautiful city.

Nicht zu empfehlen! Viel zu überteuert! Dunkel, klein, Dreckig, schimmlig, Bettwanzen, schmutzige Bettwäsche, laut, nur 1 Toilette/Dusche/Waschbecken auf dem Gang pro Etage.

Sujeira o colchão tinha percevejo, banheiro, travesseiro sujo! Janela c cortina transparente não tem privacidade dentro do quarto os ap da frente vê tudo dentro do quarto, realmente muito ruim

Da falta de higiene do quarto 306, o mesmo estava muito sujo,com cabelos no chão, muito pó. A roupa de cama também estava suja, a cama toda em específico o colchão tinha muito percevejos! Não conseguimos dormir toda a noite. Estamos com muita alegria, hoje mesmo tivemos de acorrer à ajuda médica pela falta de higiene . Apelo que coloquem também senhoras na limpeza e higienização do espaço, e toquem os colchões, após essa mudança, aspirar os quartos e os colchões, todas as semanas. Por ser um local frequentado por pessoas diferentes, a higiene e limpeza tem de ser redobrada! Eu pelo menos já não volto!!! Vou enviar fotos para verem como eu estou. Meu namorado não está aqui de momento, senão teria feito fotos também a ele, porque ele está pior.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Quarto a cheirar a mofo, nem dava pra respirar lá dentro. Cortinados e colcha com sangue. Colchas e almofadas MUITO sujas, tivemos que por toalhas nossas por cima da cama. Televisão que só lá estava para enfeitar, nem cabos tinha. Muitas beatas de cigarros de dr0ga no chão. Trabalhadores do hotel a cheirar muito a suor e muito arrogantes, além de demorarem bastante para abrir a porta do “hotel”. Muitos percevejos nas camas. Pestanas e unhas no chão. Penso higiénicos usados na casa de banho. Desumano. Nestas condições não se coloca nem um animal. Inacreditável mesmo, autêntico filme de terror. Não sei como uma aplicação como o Booking tem um “alojamento” destas na sua plataforma
